13FT Jumper Cables Hello there,
Selected User Reviews For HLWDFLZ Car Roadside Emergency Kit,with13FT Jumper Cables,Winter Traveler Safety Emergency Kit with Blanket Shovel Triangle First Aid Kit for SUV RV
This kit contains everything you'll need for a basic emergency kit, and it packs down to a teeny-tiny size when stored in the bag. br>br>My only complaint is that the cables aren't long enough to reach a car behind you, so you'll have to be head to head with another car if you need a jump, but everything else is fine; the majority of the products are plastic, and the strange scraper thing is a little silly, but it'll get you out of most tight situations. br>br>However, the orange window breaker (the hammer-like object) is of excellent quality and can be stored almost anywhere near the driver's seat. br>br>However, I would recommend a more comprehensive medical kit as well as a window scraper/snow brush. The ones in this kit would be better off not being included. br>br> br>br>So far, here's what I've used: br>br>The tire pressure gauge appears to be in good working order. It's not very accurate, but it'll tell you which of your tires has low tire pressure if you have one. It also fits in a pocket, which is convenient, and it's easy to store in the glove compartment to check tire pressures quickly if you have a constant leak. br>br>Jumper cables are two separate cables, making re-wiring a bit of a pain. When not in use, the coil can be easily separated. br>br>Medical Kit is only useful for the bandaids, and even those aren't the best; I had to replace them before I even got this shipped to my house because I knew it wouldn't be good. That was a wise decision on my part, because the tweezers are particularly amusing because, due to their poor design, even light pressure forces the jaws open. br>br>Emergency/Hazard Triangle: br>br> I haven't tried it out in public yet, but I did set it up in a garage to see what it's all about. It's not the most stable thing in the world, but it'll suffice in a pinch. Because the base is so small, it could easily blow away in a light breeze, but any decent-sized rock (or even the e-bike) could keep it from blowing away. It would be stable because of the kit itself. For how compact it is, the triangle's size is quite impressive.
I only used the jumpers, and they were a complete failure. After the initial attempt to restart my car, they melted. br>My brother is a mechanic, as is my husband, and they had no problem getting a jumper cable from their shop after mine was destroyed. br>They were frail, but I had hope. I'm now hesitant to use the other items in the event of an emergency.
A jumper cable and a tire repair kit were among the items I was looking for. This set ends up being about the same price as the previous one, but it includes a lot of extras. All of the tools came in a nice little bag, so it's definitely a better value for the same price. This was included in the first-aid kit, which I had no idea about. I just throw it in the trunk of my car because it has almost everything I need in an emergency. The safety hammer is the only thing I keep out. In case you need to cut the seatbelt and smash the windows to get out, you'll want to be able to grab it from your seat. So don't forget to take it off before you put it in your bag. I hope this has been of assistance.
I bought it primarily for the jumper cables, but it's nice to have everything else as well. Unfortunately, when I really needed them, they fell apart right away because the wires weren't crimped, and the cable separated from the clamp completely as soon as I grabbed it. Invest in a more recognizable brand to ensure that it will serve you well in an emergency.
This is an excellent set for my vehicle, which I keep in the trunk in case of an emergency. So, basically, I have everything I require. br>It would be extremely helpful if all of the tools included a manual or at least some instructions. br>The majority of the tools appear to be of low quality, but I get what I pay for, and the price is fair.
This is for my new driver, and I purchased it. I believe we both feel a little safer now that he's "prepared" for the unexpected.
There were no crossed lines, and the jump was completed correctly. The fire on the cables had to be put out with a stomp.
This was purchased as a gift for my 17-year-old daughter. year- For his car, I gave my 12-year-old grandson for Christmas. It was a hit with him.
