Just over 3 inches separate the "hook" on which the helmet hangs from the wall. As a result, the distance between the edge of your helmet's brim and the back of the opening inside the helmet must be less than that. I don't have a firefighter's helmet, but I don't think this will work for you. However, it's a fantastic helmet holder for motorcycles.

The wait time in the US is a little long, but the finished product is well worth the wait. br>br>The metal used in the manufacturing appears to be of good quality, and the coating is smooth but thick. They'll be the same color as the wall behind the mount and have the BeStunt logo cut into them, which looks great. br>br>The mounting hardware is substantial, and even my heavier bell stage 2 racing helmet is supported by the stock wall anchors. The screws have a brushed/satin finish that unifies the entire piece. If you have a power drill, installation is quick and easy, taking only about 10 minutes. The installation instructions are clear; they may not be for those who aren't handy, but if you know how to mount wall anchors, you'll find all the necessary measurements listed. br>br>I'll be a lifelong customer because I keep my old helmets to display because I like how they look when they're worn in, they have great artwork, and I'll need to keep buying more as I add new helmets to my collection. I recently renovated my garage and was looking for shelves for our helmets when I came across this product, which I researched and found to be similar to what I was looking for. The majority of the options I saw were significantly less expensive, but the designs did not appeal to me. I chose the more expensive option and ordered four BESTUNTs, two white and two black, in total. br>br>I received them two hours ago today. It took me 30 minutes to install all four of them. I believe it could have better engineering for mounting the hangers, but overall, the installation is simple, the product is of high quality, and the finish is what one would expect from a high-end product. br>I did receive one unit with scarf marks, but I believe this was due to the lack of padding in the shipping box. br>I'm so glad I got this instead of something else off the shelf. br>It looks great in my garage.
This item, in my opinion, is a must-have accessory for any motorcyclist who wears a helmet, as it is extremely durable. To ensure that it remains very secure, I screwed it into a stud in the wall. It's also a great place to store your riding jacket.
Tip: Mount it near a garage outlet, and you'll be able to charge your helmet Bluetooth while it's on the hanger at all times. The stickers were added by me.

The drilling diameter on the plastic wall anchors is 0. In the instructions, it says to use 8 cm, but I recommend using about 0. 5 cm unless you want your anchors to push through into the wall space behind the plate, which one of mine did while I was trying to attach it. Finally, because the top screws are so tight, completely screwing them in with the wall anchor attached to the wall is nearly impossible! It took a few months for it to reach me, but it's perfect: it's well packaged, comes with basic instructions if you need them, and a high-quality camera. The powder coat is of good quality and has a pleasant feel to it. If there's one thing I'd like to see changed, it's the lack of matching black hardware. In the future, I'll order another one and spray paint the bolts black. It's well worth the $40 investment. I can't believe I've only recently started wearing my expensive helmet; I should have gotten this sooner.
These wall hangars are now in my possession in three different colors. BESTUNT was laser cut out on the backing plate of the most recent unit, which is a nice touch. The hangar is deep enough to accommodate three items, two jackets on separate hangars and one trouser on the bucking plate hook, as shown in the attached photo. There are no complaints at all. Thick gauge metal, excellent paint, cleanly cut, and when put together, very sturdy and attractive. There were no issues at all. If you require assistance in this area, please contact us. This is the one to get. I haven't had a single regret (and I'm a Ducati snob!).
This is a very sturdy product, and I've already placed an order for another one to hang my other MX helmets. My only complaint is that the screws that connect the wall bracket to the helmet mount are extremely difficult to install because your hand gets stuck against the wall and you can't use a drill to install the four screws, so it's a lot of work for your hands and forearms. If they provided a bolted solution to connect the two parts instead of screws, it would be a full five stars. However, they are of excellent quality and look fantastic when hung. They look so cool, even my wife said so.
