To replace the top of the replacement cover, I used the top of it. The device fit well into the original bottom case of the device, and all of the buttons worked properly. On the left is the new cover, and on the right the OEM cover (see photo attached). It is made out of a stiffer (harder, more shiny, and slicker material instead of rubbery) material, and the symbols are a slightly different shade of gold. In addition, the quality doesn't seem as good as the original, and it appears that the symbols will wear off more quickly (hence the 3. 5 The case is a good buy for the price, especially since a new fob would set you back hundreds of dollars more than just a.
You're going to make a lot of money with this That is a good way to replace your original key fob on your GMC Yukon 2015. It does not make sense to spend over $100 on a replacement fob when only the exterior sheath needs replacement. Working perfectly, the electronics part was in excellent condition. I just spent $20 and am now in possession of a brand new You're smart to go this way. All that was needed was a flat screwdriver and a quick look on YouTube for a quick lesson on how to open the case. As a result, I chose to replace the five year old battery as well. I heartily recommend this company.
You won't believe how happy I am! It's easy to use and simple to understand It replaces an old fob that was falling apart. It looks like new and is functional like new as well. Definitely one of the best buys!.
Despite being an excellent product, the dealer wanted a much higher price to replace the We decided to keep the original back because it has the GMC logo and we were able to successfully replace it. It would be impossible for anyone to notice it wasn't one of theirs. Nice for the price, so I bought 2 of them.
It looks and feels 100% original and I was able to transfer the actual key without having to program or cut it.
Despite being worn heavily, the front of my 2017 Yukon Key fob looks rough and distorted. It works well with the remote, too, since the front of the replacement case snaps into the original back. Due to the fact that the original key and back are in excellent condition, I am only using the front of the case. As I've only been using it for a week, it's not yet possible to comment on long-term durability, but it has exceeded my expectations in both form and function.
I installed it in a matter of minutes and my key works like new. It should be possible to operate all bottoms with one push.
The lock and key are for my 16 Yukon, lock & key On the factory remote, there were no unlock buttons. There was no need to use the factory bottom piece for the GMC logo since you could see right into the key fob. Therefore, I planned to use only the top part of the new remote and the bottom part from the old key fob. We were able to disassemble the factory remote and assemble the new one with no trouble. With the factory bottom piece, it clicked right into place, and it looks and feels just like the other new factory remote.
