In my case, it worked just fine on a Honda Odyssey I have been working for the last year without any problems, so the transfer was easy
This remote case can only be opened using a coin. I've used it with a Honda Odyssey 2007 remote. To exchange, you just need to remove the battery and then remove the printed circuit board and stick the silicone pad inside it. The surface of the circuit board should be cleaned with pure alcohol, waited until it is dry, and then both caps should be assembled. should check your battery, remember remote controls are not supposed to function if a strong force is applied to the buttons. You should apply a light force to the buttons to get it working properly.
As the shell does not include buttons, you need to move your old ones to the new one. My wife recently replaced the shells on both of our old Odyssey remote controls, and the buttons are still functioning as they should, so we had no issues.

As well as the silicone rubber insert, the buttons, and the plastic frame that holds the battery, it has all this. If there is some problem with your present battery frame, you do not need to use it. and buttons are identical to those on OEM and the designs are identical as well. It worked perfectly, no loose buttons, no slop, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, the fit was good, but I installed my good electronic module in place and it snapped together. What makes this different from the OEM (from a 2007 Odyssey in my case) is Normally, OEMs are curved at the back and slightly curved at the There are no curves on this one, it is flat and square. The extra cutout in this one gives you extra room on the back for a badge, something the OEM one does not have. For the Honda badge, you can easily remove your old one and install this one instead.
In total, I was supposed to pay over $100 to the dealership. My 2006 Odyssey's key fob is broken and I will have to spend $800 to replace it. The price was way over what I was willing to pay for such an old car. I stumbled upon this case while researching and pricing new (and even used) ones online for almost as much money. It is an excellent buy for its price! The plastic feels a little thinner and cheaper than the original, but it is still quite durable. Since my original case was only damaged in the back, I was hoping just to purchase the back and use it for the back of this one. However, this case is about a millimeter or two larger than the one that The difference is barely noticeable, but it was enough to modify the way my old case fit the new back. In order to use the new case (front and back), the whole thing had to be used. To replace the electronic parts of my old key fob with the new one, I simply removed them from the old It is just a matter of replacing it -- The code for wireless communications needs not be reconfigured. Other reviews mention the buttons not being included with the headset, but mine did. That was an update a while ago. There was only one step I had to take This is something I strongly recommend It is especially expensive because all the other alternatives I found were at least ten times more expensive.
The situation is not very good. My dumb mistake was not making sure that the device was safely stowed in my pocket. However, somehow it made its way to the train track where it was apparently repeatedly run over. It was important to note that the back side of the device was broken off and that the battery was It was a bit odd to find this old box with the electronics still intact. I purchased the new "shell," and was able to move the old circuit and new battery into this new enclosure.
I was able to use the circuit board from my original Honda remote. I received a remote control with new buttons (the switches beneath the buttons are mounted on the circuit board)
The remote is always just like the one I had before. Thicker and thicker with each passing day In a slightly less pronounced manner We rounded up. Its visual characteristics are identical to those of There is a firm feeling to it, it snaps together well, and it's well Basically, I love it, and it works flawlessly in its new home (the case I purchased).
So, all in all, The majority of items I purchase don't come from overseas, and I never purchase.
I am very pleased with the replacement shell! My last step was to use a hair blow dryer on the high heat setting to break up the glue under the old shell. After that, I used a pair of airplane snips to cut the old shell close to the Honda emblem. In the end, I was able to peel the old emblem off with a knife and stick it onto the new shell perfectly. As a result, a perfectly good job was done (there was an apparently stronger.
It's not every day that I find a key fob shell so exciting, but this one definitely did the trick! It was as easy as installing a new OEM shell - the replacement looks exactly like the original. My hat is off to you. Buying this one is the best choice.
It replaced my old OEM Honda Odyssey remote case that fell apart a couple of years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. It is easy to fit the OEM circuit board within this new fixture, and the rubber membrane contacts well with the switches on the board. The buttons do not seem to extend as far as the OEM keyfob, but I think that this was due to my improper alignment of the two enclosures. Snap the top and bottom pieces in place as soon as they are aligned correctly. Before reassembly, be sure to replace the battery if needed. The product is excellent.
