In only 3 months, I went from black to copper

They were black when I bought them new three months ago. It now looks like all 5 of them are I am not happy with my current situation. In the past, I have tried to return metallic items, but they said it's hard to control how they will behave. I requested a refund, but they would not give it to It was the same color for all five of them. I have updated. I've been told I can get a full refund by returning them. The only problem is that it has to be shipped to Guangdong, My purchase of them will cost me more than their original cost. I guess I will paint them with spray paint. It's going to be January 2020 and I noticed they have a free refund offered on their site now. The item was on Amazon in August, but it wasn't there then.
I just spoke with Amazon today and got my It's nice to have Amazon around.

Screws are cheap, but they tend to fade with time

Although I really like the way these look on my Jeep, I do have a couple of issues. For one, you will need to mark the screws' holes before you install the drilled piece. While it would seem these screws would simply screw right in, they are made of a very soft metal and they WILL peel The second problem is that they have been on less than two months and the red is almost pink from sun damage. There may be a fix if one takes off the back and repaints. Installing the cheap screws could prove to be a nightmare because they rounded out during installation. Nonetheless, I like the overall look of the product and I would give it 5 stars if these issues were fixed.

I'm in awe! In the beginning, I just bought them for the stars, since I thought the shiny surface would really contrast with the matt door handles, but it doesn't bother me at all

Then you'll know what I mean! Honestly, the only problem is the cheap screws they come with. why, but the panels where pretty much shredded while being installed. Thus, I hope I won't have to remove them in the future.

The door handle on my front door was damaged and needed to be replaced. My only mistake was trying more than one brand. Cheap garbage, and the screws are thin and brittle. Depending on how you drill holes and install them, you will be very unhappy with the faded color.

Product is good, but expect some color changing over time

Very well packaged and of good quality. I have updated In August 2020, it is now August 2020, and the black colors have faded to a brass color, like it's an old forearm shell case. Even so, the stars remain the same. Everything still seems to be in good condition, though I am disappointed in The black plastic inserts might wear better over time, and it would have been nice to have black screws along with them as the silver ones originally supplied have always bothered me.

It would be reasonable to expect that this product will last for more There are two of them in my house, one next to my front door and one just inside the door I open for my dog. In addition to the peeling of paint, the colors faded. A terrible situation.

There are five curved grip covers in this photo. A package of two curved covers and three flat bar covers ends is sent to you. Nothing but a waste of time. My Wrangler has two doors, and the additional curved piece was all I needed. . . but I got two too many flat pieces. This is a good quality product, but it is.
