Yes, the switch has only one pin.

Is this for a Ford, or does it apply to all Fords? Will this fit in my Ford Escape from 2001?

We only make Jeep parts and have never tried to install them on a Ford vehicle.

Is there tape on the threads included? Should tape be applied prior to installation, or should it be applied afterward?

It has a few, but before installing it, I'd test it and add a few more.

Works - Jeep Wrangler 4th Generation (2005, 2005, 2005, 2005, 2005, 2005 During a rebuild of my engine, I swapped out the original oil pressure sending unit for this one, which works perfectly

The 2008 Jeep Wrangler is not compatible with this item

Although I'm sure this is an excellent sensor, it did not fit my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The engine has a 1/4" npt thread size. This sensor uses a 1/8" npt thread size. There is a significant gap between the two.

Does the job well. For a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, I needed a new one. I've been using it for a few months now, and the oil pressure gauge is reading. Doesn; It doesn't require any additional effort, and it simply works.
