The Mercruiser 7L is a powerful boat with a lot of horsepower. This was the second time this item had been delivered. The first sensor caused the dash gauge to operate erratically, eventually pegging the gauge. I was under the impression that the gauge had failed. This was a replacement for the OEM, which had been in use for 20 years. When it was finally discovered that the sensor was defective, I contacted Amazon, who promptly dispatched a replacement. With a slip-resistant surface, it's a breeze to put together. in the thermostat housing on the connector It performs as expected. In a Chaparral 330 Signature, it was installed on a MerCruiser 350 Mag Mpi. The dash's intermediate temperature gauge is now working properly.
Great seller and product!.

I purchased two Sierra water temperature gauge senders, both of which failed to function. Quick Silver is a good choice.
It completed the task at hand. Take a reading of the temperature and send it to my thermometer.
It's a perfect match for a Mercury 3 from 1987. Inboard motor with a displacement of 0L and a power output of 130 hp.
