I bought this to have a clock in my 1971 pickup truck, and it works well, but it loses time

It's simple to install, uses almost no power while the truck is idle, and produces plenty of light. It does lose time, and it would be even better if it had a dimming function. Aside from that, it does exactly what it's supposed to.
