KUS ammeters have a wide range of operation, similar to VDO ammeters. The wide sweep provided by these electronic ammeters allows for a much more accurate reading display. br>br>When I first purchased three KUS gauges a year ago, I would have preferred to purchase the European-style gauges. VDO gauges are made, but none that I found on the Internet were sold with the sending units, and none were sold separately. available for sale Then I noticed the KUS models, which came with sending units and were less expensive than the VDOs.

It was not difficult to set up. To locate the correct lines for powering each aspect of the unit, you'll need to understand how to read your vehicle's wiring diagram. Make sure the advance button is correctly installed because it does work. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I'm not sure what went wrong, but the clock is completely broken. It's not going to turn on at all. That was a pricey toy with a limited lifespan. Even if you have a main fuse box, install fuses for all of the lines if you buy one.

It's a good product, but it's a challenge to put together

This was a clock that I used to replace the one on my BMW motorcycle from 1976. The fit was perfect, but the installation was a little difficult due to the need for soldering. The wire size between the clock and the bottom of the clock set is larger than the holes in the button you're soldering to. A lap connection must be made. It's almost a three-person operation. Apart from that, it's a good product.

It was originally installed on a 1967 Land Rover Series 2a. On a 24v connection, it was quick and precise, but on a 12v connection, it was slow and inaccurate.
