This seller is not to be trusted. You will not get your money back. This didn't last more than Two of the hinges broke off, both of which are plastic. Not energy efficient when it runs constantly. A trip back in time. Here's an update. April 5 is the return date. As of April 18, I have still not received a reimbursement. My head was spinning when I heard about these little freezers. Over the years, I've tried a few different types of heat exchangers and the temperature was able to drop to the 50's when I used them. A little freezer like this one goes down to negative 4 degrees in no time. It is too cold for a fridge, but I can also set it to 39 degrees to use when I stay overnight in a motel without a refrigerator. There are no noises coming from it. When I go shopping, I put ice cream in it so I don't have to run home to get my ice cream before it I chose the smaller size because I wanted the capacity of the larger bag, but to be practical, I chose the smaller bag because it is more manageable for me at 20 pounds, and it also holds plenty of stuff. The customer service representative I spoke with helped me register this refrigerator, Patrick was extremely patient with me, I have Parkinson's and though I appear slow, I think fast, sometimes Customer service has little patience and hangs up on me, Patrick had no issue resolving the registration issue for me. Recommend to anyone looking for a refrigerator/freezer.
