Regular tissues can be used to fill it, but getting them out is a challenge. When you try to remove one, it shreds into dozens of small pieces.

Fits thicker visors but not thicker visors

It would not fit on my visor (which is thick and has a slide out) but it is very nice. I had to secure it to the side of my door, but it can also be secured to the back of my seat. I haven't tried regular Kleenex in it; instead, I've used the Kleenex that came with it. It doesn't seem to hold very much, and getting the Kleenex out without ripping it is a bit difficult. It still works, though.
