Neither are moisture proof or water resistant as described. Everything arrived in great condition, as described on reviews, and fits nicely in my 2014 Raptor. There is only one improvement that could be made. Put a cover on the box to keep it dry! I need to make sure it can withstand moisture if I intend to store my rifles here. After waterproofing and weather striping the box for three hours, it is ready for shipping. Would it not be more cost effective to line the box with 1" foam padding that can be purchased with the.
Is a perfect fit for my husband's F-type It was perfect for 150. I found the installation to be simple and the product meets its expectations. In the backseat, the corner doesn't follow the curve of the seat, so it sticks out a bit. However, it hasn't caused any problems for people getting in or out of the seat. In addition to the two locks, there is also one on the door on the inside instead of one as shown in the picture, so it's slightly more secure. If you are planning on carrying something in a box, I strongly recommend getting some foam to prevent it from rattling.
This is for a Ford 2016 Supercrew Lariat, Fit and finish of the box are good. Fits nicely under the back seating area, I removed one piece of the plastic finish to allow it to slide back a little more. It does stick out a little bit at the corner, as others pointed out.
