I really love the quality of this bag and the way it is constructed. I have given it 4 instead of 5 stars because the space of the compartments is smaller than expected. I assumed that even though this is a bag specifically designed to hold detailing products that everything should fit in it. No spray bottles from my usual utility set fit in the side pockets such as glass cleaner, detailer, and wax. The bed of the main compartment needs to be horizontal in order to fit everything. As it turns out, all my supplies fit, so no reason to be upset. In my mind though, the bag would have been tall enough to fit the bottles vertically or at least fit them in if the top was As the bag is made from quality materials, I fear that with all my glasses laid horizontally, I will lose too much smell. It makes me paranoid, so I always check that each bottle is tightly closed. It is great to have a separate adjustable compartment beneath the towels because it keeps them separate from everything else while also keeping them.
The bag has so far been a pleasure to use! Despite other posted comments, I concur that the handle installation is not as smooth as it could be. The predrilled holes do not line up, but I was able to fix that. There is a chance that it would hold most 16oz bottles and some 24oz bottles, If you get too carried away and fill it up with supplies, it will get heavy very fast. My purchase was a good choice.
This bag does not have anything to be disliked. This is an amazing piece of artwork. If they wanted to make 2 sizes, then they could make one that is smaller and one that is larger.
Alternatively, you could create a separate one dedicated to buffers that is longer than the others.
Standard size spray bottles from Meguires, for example, will not fit in this bag. As the outer pockets do not all have the same dimensions, you cannot fit a standard aerosol can in all of them. The way this is put together does not appeal to me.
To attach the handle, it takes a little work, but it is definitely worth the effort It is possible. You can easily carry all the necessities out to the car with all the necessities in one place to save time and steps.
It was a bit of a gamble buying this for the listed price. I think it's worth it even if it's expensive for something used to hold car cleaning products. You can keep all the things you need in one place, and they are organized and easy to move from one car to another.
Chemicals stick to the bottom tray and make it difficult for it to hold in place. There is not enough space between the handle and the ground. I understand that if you have a few chemicals, it's fine, but if you have a lot like I do, it's a small bag.
