My glove box is full of paperwork, so I bought these to keep it organized. The pros are The following *br I was quite pleased with how well my registration and insurance cards fitted into It makes finding paper work in the glove box a breeze. The cons are The following *br There are a few flimsy parts to them It's definitely possible for me to My preference would have been for them to be made from a stronger cardboard. It was too hot for the ink on the insurance card to come off onto the plastic (this happened on one of two cards I bought).
If there was a better quality version of this card out there, I would definitely consider it.
As far as the CARD pocket is concerned, it does not exist in their picture. This is just a cheap piece of plastic that is almost half the width of the container and I am certain will rip because it is so thin and the quality is so poor. A thin board, the so-called cover for the instrument panel, even sits in the glove box, which in itself is not a big deal since it is placed in the glove box, but it makes us wonder about the In my opinion, it did not meet even a basic minimal standard, which I do not think is necessary for something that isn't meant to be the most useful to people. Take the time to think before making a decision. There will be a return! Plastic actually goes a long way, which I demonstrated by putting paper in. There is no difference on either side.
Despite the fact that it appears as pictured, the products It had an awful smell, and I did not want to put it into the glove compartment of my new car. As a result, I put them in the garage to air out for two I threw both of them away because they still smelled horrible. So I went to two auto parts stores and we found one that had it. I could not smell anything in it. Would have been better if I had done that earlier.
It came just as pictured and was very easy to install. As I only have it for a month, I can't speak much to the sticking of the print to plastic (as opposed to the one I got from my insurance company, which is a plain envelope with crystal The color scheme for this is not as visually appealing as others I've seen. My whole rationale behind buying this device is that if I'm stopped and must show insurance and registration, I can do so with ease. Since it is blending in with the glove compartment, it is hard to notice. In the future, I will probably look into getting some fluorescent or reflective tape to apply to * Not sure if the sizes these cover are standard, but I was able to fit both my Ohio registration card as well as my insurance card from Grange.
These can no longer be found at auto parts stores or even at Walmart stores. These were to be found in this area, and I just happened to need one for two cars, so that worked out Both the registration card and insurance card are perfectly sized for California. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it does not cover the whole document with the clear plastic. I just need it to do what I need it to do besides that.
This item is the one I use most since what I need in regards to my vehicle information can be stored in the bi-fold It is folded. The book is a little bigger than you might expect, so if you think it is pocket-sized, you are wrong. In addition to that, it keeps all of your registration information, insurance information, and what ever other documentation you like to keep all together and organized in one place.
The product is adequate for what it does and the level of use that it is expected to receive. The wallet is a two pocket cardboard wallet with vinyl wrapping. This is a convenient way to keep your vehicle registration and insurance cards together. In case of the glovebox in your car or the storage bin in your home, this is okay since it's tucked away when you're not using it.
Consequently, it is no longer necessary to look for the insurance card or the There it is right in front of you. Being stopped by a policeman used to make me very nervous, and I fumbled to figure out what to say so I could avoid going to jail. Then nothing could be done about it. As it stands, I have not a care in the world. There should be one of these in every car. I forgot to mention that the price is unbeatable. This gets two thumbs up from me!.
