Definitely, this car organizer hook can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing you to hang your purse in the front or grocery bags in the back, depending on your needs.
They don't jingle at all - They do not, at least not in my car.
Measure the rod on your headrest, as well as the distance between the rod and the seat drop, to ensure that the hook will fit comfortably.
The plastic is of good quality, but when I tried to install them in my car for the first time, the metal thing on the side broke. Without the metal part, the hooks remained secure. The hooks in general are appealing to me.

A release clip is attached to the black hook. This clip is convenient because it keeps my purse and laptop bag from falling off the headrest. There's no need to be concerned about someone stepping on my luggage in the back seat. My children are free to toss their schoolbags. Great product with a lot of durability.
We have a Prius, and because my husband can no longer drive, I have to constantly stow my purse in the backseat. However, this resolves the issue! I put it on his headrest to keep my purse off the ground, and because I'm a contortionist, I can still easily access things inside. I bought another set just to make sure I'm never without.
Don't even consider it. I just received them. I used to have problems with my purse falling down from the passenger seat and spilling all of its contents on the car floor, or with my cell phone, wallet, and grocery bags on the back seats moving around and becoming unreachable from my side. I also had a cake in a bag hanging from the hook, which kept it from falling. My hooks were purchased at a cost, and I am very pleased with them.
Work as intended, but are a little difficult to set up. The clip-on portion of the headrest pole just barely fits over it. One of the clips from the four I installed snapped. The product is still usable, but it isn't as secure as it once was. There were a variety of other types of these hooks to choose from, but I wanted something that would stay put when I removed whatever I had hung on it. As a result, only time will tell whether or not this is the case.
It's perfect for the wife's purse and/or coat, as well as groceries. For front or back use, it's simple to set up and adjust. They can blend in with dead space thanks to their dark color, and they are very quiet.
They've come in handy quite a bit. I particularly like that they are a clip rather than a hook, as this ensures that they will not fall off while I am driving. They feel and appear to be quite durable, but I'm not sure how much weight they can support. My gym bag, reusable grocery bags, and knee braces all fit in them. I enjoy organization, and this aids in keeping my car in order.
These aren't built to be durable. However, I do occasionally rotate them to the front of my passenger seat to hold my handbag. I don't even have to take them out of their clips. I simply swivel them. It keeps my handbag upright and out of the way of the floorboard; however, I wish the hooks were larger. Deeper, if you will. They are, however, adequate for the price.
When you remove your bag because the space is too large, the item falls right off the headrest without it because the clip broke off. It's almost useless without the hook. Mine broke the moment I put it in, and when I took my purse out, it fell under my seat.
