A remote control was replaced on a 2005 Pilot

It worked before the remote stopped working for my 05 Pilot. The key still works, but there is no remote to operate it. The batteries have been replaced, but to no avail. Having watched several youtube videos about programming it to the car, I ordered a similar product on eBay but wasn't able to get it to work. I only swapped the remote part of this into my original keys after purchasing it. Normally, I leave the transmitter part of my keys as is. Using the instructions in YouTube videos, I programmed both keys and the remotes with no problem. We no longer have to visit a locksmith whose service would have cost well over $100 per We are very satisfied with the service This is a remote that I recommend.

It is the perfect replacement for the key on my 2006 Pilot

The lock/unlock/panic does not work even after replacing a couple of batteries to OEM remote. came to the conclusion that the problem is with the circuit board. When you purchase this key, you only need to replace the inside circuit board, and it works as well as the original. In addition, the program is easy to use and can be completed having the question of why it's so easy for someone to copy the signal to open your door if he or she can obtain your key for a minute.

Starts the vehicle but does not move

Make sure you are buying from a reputable company. I was able to use the lock/unlock but not start my vehicle with this key. It worked with my vehicle doors and the lock/unlock button, but none of the ignition functions were available. I was told that aftermarket keys might not be programmable and that I can turn on the ignition and engage the starter, but I can't start or turn over the vehicle. The Honda dealer believes that aftermarket keys may have problems. The keys were not programmed by Honda for $75, so they are not working. As far as I can tell from other reviews, it works for some people, but not for me. A refund request is being made.

This remote is perfect for installing in the Honda Pilot key of the 2008 model

To program this remote, I had to take my time. The process for creating the custom desktop seemed to be the same over and over again, so I'm not even sure how it finally worked. It finally did, though, which is good news. Furthermore, the remote part fits within the original key shell, so I am able to continue using the existing key as well as the security The key does not light up at all when you press the buttons, so I am giving it one star off.

A trip to the dealer is necessary for the engine immobilizer to be paired, which will not guarantee a complete replacement of your key. In fact, you can program as many as two remotes to work together, and it does an excellent job.

The module was purchased to swap out a dead one

DIY project that is very easy. I was able to reprogramme my key fob by swapping the internal module with my existing key (2008 Pilot) and it took only 15 seconds. I would buy this product again if it were available.
