I've only had it for a week, but it's already replaced another that I've had for years (5). Despite the fact that I crab and shrimp in salt water recreationally on a regular basis, it has done a fantastic job of resisting rust. I'm not sure how powerful it is, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
The shackle's size ranges from 1/4 to 5/16 inches, and it's adjustable because it has two notches that can be locked in either direction.
It doesn't go with anything.
Extra keys were purchased from an ACE Hardware store near me. They already had the blanks on hand.

My son purchased a similar lock at WalMart, and the keys to that lock will open this lock as well. Come on, dude! Locks are bought for the sake of safety! In any case, it wouldn't fit my coupler. I'm returning!.
This lock replaces one of those that requires the key to be inserted and the lock to be screwed shut. Because there is no shackle on that type, it may be a little more difficult to cut off, but it is a royal pain to get on and off. Especially if your hands are frozen or if it's raining outside. The shackle on this lock is right-handed. It has an angle bend in it and is incredibly simple to use. I wish I had purchased it a year ago. br>br>I'm overjoyed!.
Works with the Rockwood 2604 w s ultralight from 2020. The ball lock latch on most ultralight and Signature Series Rockwoods is wider than on most travel trailers. This is perfectly acceptable behavior.
The only thing I don't like about this lock is that I have to physically straighten out the lock arm (it's slightly wiggly) in order for the key to turn, which isn't a big deal once you figure it out, but if someone else needs to unlock it besides me, they might assume the key doesn't work. However, I am pleased with my purchase.
The product is of good quality, but it does not fit my trailer tongue lock because of its dimensions. It's disappointing because I expected Reese to create a product that accommodated all common tongues, not just their own. I'm going to put it to good use.
Junk! The lock fell apart in my hands after I used the key on it maybe five times over an eight-month period, with the key pulling the entire core out of the lock body. This is a complete waste of time.
I bought this to replace the one I misplaced after leaving it on my truck's bumper. br>Made of high-quality steel by a reputable manufacturer of towing equipment. br>Because so little of the bar is visible when it's locked into the trailer's tongue, cutting it is nearly impossible. br>I strongly suggest it.
Excellent product with a strong and secure locking click. Fits perfectly into the receiver of my 1" thick trailer coupling lock.
