Luckily, I had a remote starter included with my motor scooter, so I only had to connect it to the wires my old scooter was on. It comes with instructions on how to hook it up, but that seems to be the only thing I can tell you. The power wire from the battery is hot wire, so there is some kind of power wire coming from the battery. If I've answered your question or helped you in any way, I hope it was helpful to you. I personally would not use a remote start. *br> I have had poor results with several different models of these alarms over the past few years. There is no guarantee that the work will be continuous when they do it. The second requirement with these alarms is that your motorcycle is fuel injected and not throttle body operated. *br>If your motorcycle has fuel injection, it must be fully tuned with no glitches or hesitations when it is started up normally. As I haven't looked at your problem directly, it is hard to tell for certain what your problem In our shop we get people who have this problem often and I believe this is because the installer doesn't have a good understanding of the ignition system and are trying to install this on the throttle body system. Generally speaking a remote start is just another switch on the motorcycle's starter circuit. It is very important that you have a good electrical schematic of your motorcycle's system or knowlege of it if you want to install the remote start correctly. *br>Sometimes you may be able to get a fairly good schematic online by using the images section of Google. I didn't get the full picture of what you did when you told me grey wires wasn't the whole story. Look at your motorcycle's schematic if you have a good understanding of it, and you will see how it fits over the start circuit of your motorcycle.

This is Lee. I like cows. I cannot believe how loud this thing is! The music is so loud, it feels like it is too loud to me. There have been so many disc brake alarms and other gears and gadgets that I have had over the years but this one tops them all in terms of volume. I also find it kind of cool to press the lock button and have it give a single beep on my old carb bike. The sensitivity of the key works WAY farther than I thought (very strong signal that can penetrate Do be aware that I accidentally hit the set alarm button while riding (I got sandwiched between my bars and the tank) so be aware. As a result, I would recommend against setting up the automatic on/off feature since this could cause damage to your bike if you allow it to turn off in the middle of a ride This corner is. * The foam included in this kit is also absolutely abysmal. The kind of crap I would hate. gave this a 4 star rating, but I was too impressed by how well the alarm works. You just need to put your favorite permanent adhesive on it and you're done. I snipped off all the extra wires that I was not using in order to clean up the wires. Listed are wires that are 1 meter long (like 2. feet) under the tank and seat (Ducati Monster 900) and I don't have much room to work with. I also feel cheap as hell and it looks cheap as hell as well. In my opinion, the black sucker looks great mounted straight on top of my sensor box, which is mounted on the side of my bike next to the air box. Has a very subtle design and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb (which is important since you don't want people to just yank the alarm off).
Delivery time was amazing, great product, and I didn't bother to install all the additional wires, just using the Black and Red for the simple purpose of using the alarm just in case someone touches or moves my bike. Despite its loud sound and great range, the alarm works from a distance as well. Simple to install I bought one similar to this a year ago and it broke down on me after I tried 2 different types of remotes that were useless. Thus far, I've liked this one best, and it comes with 2 matching remotes on both ends, and it takes about 20 minutes to install the basic features of this alarm, but it works great when you attempt to move your motorcycle or hard touch your motorcycle it will sound the alarm. For me to make sure that it does not trigger falsely, I must wait for stormy days by the sea. As of now, I am very pleased with this purchase and feel protected in knowing that if something is done to my bike, I will at least receive a warning instead of nothing being said. If you wish to at least have a chance of protecting your purchase from being stolen or vandalized, then this alarm is for you.
There is a lot of noise in this alarm! The catalytic converter of one of my coworkers was cut off in parking, and the tailgate of another was Despite the fact that my new Tundra comes with an alarm system, it does not come with vibration activated alarm. So I bought this to avoid it happening to my new vehicle. The alarm will not go off during a thunder storm, but it is sensitive enough to set off when somebody hits the truck with their hand or opens It is my hope that a super loud alarm will deter them from attacking The double side tapes from this company are horrible. All you need is 3M double-sided tape to secure them. Since it is so cheap, I didn't take a star away from it.
There's a lot of noise here (almost too much), but that's owned a Chinese scooter and it was plugged in right away without any further preparation. Despite being the most useful and cool feature ever, remote start couldn't be more useless. I like it a lot!.
The sound seems very sensitive and loud to me. I am satisfied with the remote control. There is only one feature I intend to use, the alarm. The remote start feature is not necessary. It is a good.
I installed it the next day after it was delivered on April 30, 2018. As of today, June 18, 2018, the program has stopped working. The alarm made the lights flash and the lights flashed, even though it was doing a great job in making them flash. It was a regret that it only lasted long enough to get past Amazon's 30-day return policy.
In order for us to know if anyone messed with the bikes, we wanted to get an alarm for them before we went on a six-day road trip. The installation (upon the seats) proceeded without a hitch. I have found that when the alarm is armed when you unplug the power, it is activated when you plug it back It will spring back to life after you apply power. Disarming the alarm when you turn the key in the ignition will maintain its disarming when the power is restored. Added a normally closed relay to the accessory circuit so the alarm will be deactivated when the key is turned in the ignition. When there is too much force put on the bike (such as moving it), the alarm goes off (and is quite piercing to listen to). It's hard to beat this price!.
