Black Ice has a strong cologne-like scent. It doesn't smell like cheap cologne or any of the other ridiculous descriptions found in a lot of the responses. My vehicle is all black ice and I am all girl. It conjures up images of leather briefcases, formal wear, and fine dining.
We do not ship to Alaska, unfortunately.
The black ice trees come in 24 individual packs and can be used anywhere. Basement car truck suv van bus plane submarinebr>But remember, it's powerful if you don't open it slowly.

So I went to my Amazon App and placed an order for a 24-pack. They arrived in a bubble mailer in four 6-packs. One went into my truck, and the other went into the house's cold air return. I still enjoy the Vanilla scent tree, which has always been my favorite, but I now have a new scent to enjoy. In terms of longevity, I've always wished they'd last longer, but that's something I'll leave to the chemists at Little Trees to figure out. I'm sure it's a balancing act between longevity, profit margins, and repeat sales, but it would be nice if they could and were willing to increase scent duration. br>Recent changes: Well, I've had the opportunity to use these trees for several weeks now and will have to say that the scent retention is mediocre at best. They lose their scent quickly, even if you leave the plastic overwrap on and try to move the tree out over time, and I've found myself replacing the one in my truck on a weekly basis. I've left the ones I've used around the house in place, but they quickly lost their scent. Because of the short duration of the scent, I'm not sure I'll buy it again. I lowered my rating from four to three stars.
br>There was a noticeable difference in the scent. I can barely smell it now that I've removed the entire plastic wrap. I honestly believe this is a knockoff of the original product, and I would not purchase it again.
These air fresheners are identical to store bought air fresheners. br>For those who enjoy that type of scent, this is a must-try. The scent, however, fades after the first three days. br>I was also pulled over because it was dangling from my mirror, so be careful! br>I tried putting it on my gear shifter instead, but it didn't work as well. This product is for you if you don't mind starting over every few days. If not, I'd look for a different way to freshen the air.
Buy them for your local gas station; they're old stock; you could open five at once and they'd still be weak; don't touch a single new one from any store.
It's all a lie. I've been using these for years, and simply opening them releases a scent that lasts for several days. I'm halfway through the package and no longer have the ability to smell it.
The odor lingered for about two hours. I used two trees over the course of three days. I just opened another one, and while it smelled strong when it came out of the bag, I don't notice it anymore. When I opened the package, I smelled black ice, which was odd because they were supposed to be sealed. It's probably only good for a one-day event or if you have a lot of people in your car.
It smells amazing in my car, and I love it. I simply open them fully and hang them up, so they don't last indefinitely, but the price makes that acceptable to me.
