The colors range from light grey to dark grey. A good paint sealant should not peel paint and clear coat off your hood. It left sticky outlines on my side mirrors and left the paint peeling off my hood.

I recommend that you do not get it. As someone who has worked in the vehicle wrapping business for over five years, I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. It might work well for a very small application but you will be disappointed if you wanted to wrap a hood or a roof like advertised. When heated with a heat gun, huge wrinkles don't come out of the wrap, even though it doesn't stretch. Further complicating matters, the product is rolled and does not settle. There was no squegie provided to get the bubbles and wrinkles out, so I had to use my soft edge squegie instead, causing the wrap to scratch. It was a bad product and I would not recommend it!.
There is no problem with the air release. As I wasn't going to pay $200 for someone to install it for me, I decided to do it myself for the first time. Their products are excellent! I recommend them!.
The first time I have wrapped something. On the wife's 13 Edge I did the grill. I am very happy with the outcome. The bend on a heavy or major vehicle is tough, but take your time and remember the heat is your ally. With the help of a hairdryer, I achieved great results.
In spite of spending the money to get 3M material, I was initially skeptical of working with it. After separating the film from the backing, the product seemed rigid compared to other wrapping films that I have worked with. The wrap material stuck to the car and it stuck very badly. As they worked on the wrap, small patches of material would adhere to the car or tears would occur. There was no way to save or repair the wrap and it was thrown away. My product had the appearance of being brittle and old. Following receipt of the wrap, it took me a few months to get around to working on the car, so I kept the wrap in the house (temperature controlled since I was home for the COVID). I contacted the seller and they referred me to Amazon since they handled the shipment. It was unknown to me at the time that Vivid was in charge of my It's now causing me to wonder why it would make sense for a wrap material company to sell their competitors' The money is going down the drain. I strongly advise you not to buy this!.
I was surprised to find the Wrap to be shorter than the description I had With heating and stretching, these fabrics were only able to stretch a few inches, not enough to cover the roof of a Lexus IS350 from While still trying, I noticed some areas had indentations and scrapes that I couldn't get rid of no matter what I did to squeegee, stretch, undo, heat, wet, etc. Despite its imperfections, it was still imperfect. The air release isn't working and the tacky scent is terrible. After arranging its shape from a coiled ball of stickers, I managed to get it straightened out. Curved interior surfaces cannot be covered with it because it is too thick. It was hard applying the wrap once the trim was taken off my 328i. I took the trim off and prepped it. I tried it twice, and it seemed fine for a couple of weeks, but a week later, it started peeling off and bubbling Finally, nothing was a problem. I just took everything off and used a thinnier wrap.
