I found the product to be well packaged and to be of good quality. After I unsnapped the cover, I noticed that one of the buckles that holds the cover in the folded position broke, which didn't thrill me since I was thinking I'd have to replace the snap, but then I noted that there were two extra ones I was provided with a roll of 3M brand tape (Nice! Insert name here A brand) of A small LED touch-sensitive panel was also present There was a light inside the bed that you were supposed to keep on someplace, but I never used it. Until I began fitting it to the bed, I was pretty happy with everything I saw. There is about a 1/2" hole in it I had to shorten my bed by 1" inch for my 2015 Tacoma crew cab/5' bed. There was a green check mark next to "this fits your needs" There are three icons at the top of the screen "2015 Toyota Tacoma" and "2016 Toyota Tacoma". In the case where the plastic buckles were literally touching the cab (a very bad idea), the cover hung about 1/2" over the end of the bed. As well, the front of my bed and the top of my tailgate are about 1/2" lower than my side rails, and there is a 1/2" air gap in the interior of the bed as well I could not get my bed together because there was a gap the whole width of it. In the same way, the top of the tailgate and the bottom of the cover had a gap. no way to fill this gap, nor were the instructions clear in this regard. It seemed there were hardly any instructions. One sheet of paper shows how it goes together in a few pictures. The fact that it isn't rocket science is a good thing If it fit, it would not take science to install it! Having said that, I really like the overall design and I especially like how if you went away on a trip and bought something bulky like a piece of furniture or something, and you had to bring home the entire bed, you could simply remove the cover and fold it There is no way I could have ordered this cover if it didn't fit my truck, and I wish I had not had.

It is difficult to unlatch the anchor points that secure the cover to the bed in the winter without breaking them. I like the product overall, but I dislike the aspect of being unable to unlatch the anchor points in the winter. In fact, all but one of the parts have broken. I contacted the seller and found out there's no way to purchase additional My truck's bed cover has only been on my truck for six months, but I can no longer store anything valuable in it. Also worth noting is that it is not very waterproof. I usually find water in the bed of my truck every time I go to the car wash. The product would be a lot better rated if I had the option of buying replacement parts or if it included a warranty, but considering it costs $400 and only lasts six months, I am less inclined to buy it Unless you live in a climate where it is always warm or you keep nothing valuable in your truck bed, I guess it would be perfect if you don't get a lot of cold.

A few weeks ago I purchase this cover for my 2015 Tacoma with a 6' bed. It was easy enough to install on my own, but could have been easier with some Fits the Tacoma out of the box but is made for the Tundra. There were some issues with not being able to get the cover close to the cab. The hold down clips keep the cover about 3/4 inch away from the bed, meaning the tailgate ends hang about 3/4 inch Mounted clips from in the bed end were removed, then nylon straps were placed on the clips to hold them in place. A quarter inch can be removed from the cab so the cover can be mounted. Putting the tailgate end over the tailgate in its correct location ensures that it’s aligned with the tailgate. You've made it look really nice now. The new bed hasn't been driven enough for me to determine if it will increase my mileage, but now I can put items in the bed without worrying it will be stolen. Although the product adds about 66 pounds to your car, you will have peace of mind about theft. Last year, I added a locking latch to my tailgate after it was almost stolen. This cover is a great addition to your vehicle, but it would be better if you also got the locking tailgate latch. Otherwise, the cover is so easy to remove that thieves could steal it in five.

That's exactly what I wanted to do, so I did it. It turns out to be not too bad, even though it is a pain to install. What the buckle is worth to me is worthless. My fingers won't fit into the lockhole to unbuckle it because it's so close to the cab. Even after I modified it and used some silicone sealant, it is not completely waterproof. The jacket is very water resistant and I have had little trouble with it even after going through torrential rain. One of my favorite things about it is I receive 3 points for each attempt. The fuel economy while driving has improved by 5 mpg. As compared to the highway, the city is much smaller. It never occurred to me that an open bed and closed tailgate would cut fuel mileage so dramatically. My only regret is that I did not know much earlier. Over five years, that could have added up to a large amount of fuel mileage savings.

From the look of it, I can tell that the bed cover was made to fit several different models of There were many pieces included for adapting it to the truck, but the instructions(or lack of them A number) of them The only thing you get is a couple of pictures. It is extremely difficult to make a coherent sentence out of the small amount of "English" picture instructions that are translated from another language (I assume Chinese). After installing the cover, I am happy with it as it is a nice, secure cover, but isn't exactly designed for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. However, due to the price and saving a few hundred dollars, I am glad I bought it.

I was very pleased with the delivery, quality, and fit of the product. The value was fantastic for the cost of the item. It went in quickly and effortlessly. the only disappointment so far has been the total lack of customer support. I am missing the foam corner seal at the front passenger side. I have been trying to reach someone for several days, but they do not answer. No one has responded to the two emails I have sent to date. It is possible to fix the problem but there is no support at this time. If I were to encounter a bigger problem, I would be concerned about lack of support, rather than providing a nice product.
