Yes, and it's fantastic. We've used this tent in the rain and in very strong winds, and it hasn't moved!
Because they aren't that dissimilar, I believe it would. My car is from 2005, and it's perfect. If the elastic band isn't tucked into the gap between the molding and the cab, it will shimmy off in the wind.
This one, on the other hand, is made specifically for the Chevrolet Avalanche. Napier, on the other hand, has a number of different truck tents. Just do an Amazon search for Napier Truck tent and check the bed size of your truck to see if one of them will fit your Ridgeline. Best wishes to you.
Robb, how are you? No, it is not going to happen. If your bed is 8' long (with the tailgate up), you'll need part 57011 or 13011. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions or require additional information. All of our tents are custom-made to fit your truck bed's dimensions. A nice tent, but the fabric is very thin, and the window and door zippers are extremely cheap! I expected more for the money, and it doesn't seem to fit very well, despite the fact that it was made specifically for my vehicle. The roof flap seal over the cab was a tight fit, which I liked. In addition, the awning at the entrance is quite nice.
If you enjoy camping but don't want to sleep on the ground, this is a great addition to an Avalanche. Remove the back window and fold down the back seats to reveal a large amount of floor space beneath the tent. You can even cool down the tent space if you want to! The quality of the materials is on par with that of most tents. Once you've done it a few times, it's not difficult to set up. This tent appeals to me greatly.
BUT! I'm really excited to get started. It was a pain to get it set up properly in the truck (didn't help that I did it all by myself, inside the truck bed). ) Instructions aren not 100% clear but once I messed with it… it… it… it… it… it… it… it… it… it I'm 5'2" tall and can stand perfectly straight in the middle with a few inches to spare. There are numerous pockets on the inside, as well as small "windows" that allow you to use the bed lighting if necessary. Without tying it down or using poles, the canopy held up well on its own. I really like the option of taking a cab.
Although it was a one-person job (his brother was present to assist), it was a relatively simple one in general. It only took them an hour to sort everything out! It's worth noting that the tentpoles are color-coded, making it easier to determine which goes where. The instructions are also sewn and laminated onto the pole bag, which will come in handy in inclement weather. br>br>The tent is fantastic in terms of functionality. The airflow is excellent, and the nylon or neoprene material is of excellent quality. We camped in the dead of July, so I can't vouch for its waterproofness at this time. Overall, this is probably the best $300 I've ever spent!.
When it first arrived, it took me about 30 minutes to set it up. It took me about ten minutes to get everything set up after that. It kept me completely dry inside the tent while I was camping on the Oregon Coast in torrential rain. Because I didn't require the extra space, I never lowered the midgate. When using the tent, the tailgate is left down, leaving enough space inside to fit a full-size air mattress with 2 or 3 feet to spare. I'm 6'2" and it was no problem for me to fit inside.
Apart from those two issues, I was able to sleep comfortably inside the tent in the bed of my truck without fear of it blowing away or collapsing. If you have an Avalanche and enjoy camping but dislike sleeping on hard, cold ground, I recommend getting one of these along with an air mattress and sleeping comfortably!.
We adore it! We consider this to be one of the best purchases we've ever made. We've taken it camping with us ten or more times. We've stayed dry, and you feel very safe inside; we like to go places where a camp trailer wouldn't fit, so this is ideal for us.
This product is fantastic; we've used it three times now and have mastered the art of setting it up and taking it down. It is unquestionably a two-person effort.
