Questions & Answers

Can anyone tell me if this works with the Bakflip Tonneau cover?

A 2018 Nissan Titan with the G2 bakofflip is available for purchase. When setting up a tent, you must leave the first section down (it makes a shelf), otherwise, the tent interferes. Personally, I will use the shelf as a storage space, however, the only drawback is you have to lie with your head toward the tailgate. In order to sleep the rest of the night, your head has to be at the door of the cab (facing the door).

Does my toolbox have to be removed in order to use?

Yes, it is compatible with a toolbox... I have a weatherguard 302105-M It fits fine, just make sure you take care around

How does the five foot tall person differ from the five foot person?

Our truck tents are available in two models for Mid Size Short Bed (5') trucks, which we found to be sufficient when designing them. For Nissan Frontier '05-'15, use part number 110765 Current model and the 2004-2006 Toyota Tacoma I am present. There are four items covered by the 110766 Tall Bed The Chevy Colorado was built from 2015 to 2017 *br>Ford Ranger 2015 to the present Currently in use *br>GMC Canyon '15 We present the Jeep Gladiator for your consideration. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call. Please call 88685GEAR.

Do you know if this will fit a 2006 Ram king cab?

My device is a 6 inch. I have a 5' bed, so it fits. Measuring the size of your bed is simple.

Therefore, I'm very happy with how things are going so far
5/5

A huge rainstorm has left the bone bone dry. Since I've only used it one time so far, I can't comment on its performance In case I need to make any changes, I will do so. * It does the job it is supposed to do. If you take time and follow instructions, it's pretty easy to set up (think about that!). First time out we encountered a very heavy rain storm which lasted for hours. It had rained earlier (see muddy truck) but we got lucky with a break just before we reached the campsite. I set up the tent as fast as I could before the next storm hit. The Amazon River was dumping floodwaters upon us as we set up our camp and ate under a tarp, giving us a completely wet experience. It was late that night when we turned in My skin was dry as a bone, and I woke up the next morning feeling just as dry. It was a problem in the mornings thanks to the condensation, which always occurs with tents Despite this, the shelter absolutely prevents rain from getting in. The wind stability situation is not yet clear to me, but I will be sure to edit when I know more. *About the zippers, they are very small and appear to be The zippers and seams are very fragile to me, so I'm taking my time with them. I also wonder how the tent's stitching can hold up - it's very thin - no wonder it rips - However, that's not the case. As far as I can tell, this little tent is designed well, and it has proven to be quite durable. I have been very happy with the product so far.

I love the look of this tent
5/5

The tent so far has been a great purchase for me. Having just received it, I have not yet used it for camping, but I fell in love with it as soon as I opened the box! All of the reviews, yes all of them, were read by me. For my 2015 Dodge Ram short bed truck, I wanted to make sure I had the right size tent, and I wanted to be careful not to make any erection mistakes such as those made by others (and injuring their tents) in the past. In order to align the tent on the truck, we had to take a little while to figure that out. Took a look at the box to find out what it was about. I ensured that I did not tighten the side straps until the end, based on other accounts. I find that the rods do fit very snugly in my truck tent. My goal was to ensure everything fit without tearing with no force applied at all. Therefore, I wiggled and shook the tent to ensure everything fit properly. This is a great looking shirt with a snug fit. During the process of installing my straps, I discovered that my truck did not have any lip edges on the sides where the hooks could easily hook so I had to improvise. The front hooks I hooked inside the back door under the seat and then just closed the back door. Aside from securing one side strap to the rear wheel, everything was perfect. Despite this, everything worked as it should. In the rear of the truck, I bought a 5' cot to put inside, but alas, it sticks out all the way and the door won't close comfortably, so I can't use it. You don't have to be an expert to erect pole tents if you've done it before. My kids and I set it up in the shade of the house as it was about 90 degrees on that day. I read the directions and followed them to the letter. Try it at least three times before you take the plunge. It was important to me that I did not My time to set it up was probably 30 minutes. The only reason for this delay was because I have been putzing around a lot. It wouldn't take me more than 10 minutes to do this A 55-year-old woman like me can easily complete 15 minutes of exercise. As soon as I use it, I will be thrilled. There were reviews that said that once the rain fly is on, air flow through the top screened roof is significantly reduced. It may be necessary to rig up something to hold the fly higher off the roof so more air can It will be interesting to see where this goes. There is a fan that I can use that is a battery operated fan. Despite planning a trip to camp at the end of September 2017, I don't think I can wait that long to try out this app. I have to find a place to camp right now! It is my intention to come back to review it after I have camped there! Please keep me in your thoughts.

The zippers on sale are cheap cheap cheap
3/5

My best wishes to all fathers on Father's Day NOT AT ALL! I had this thing delivered to me today on Father's Day and decided to put it In the past I had a tent like this for my F150, but I traded it for this model. This one I have never had an issue with. My reason for getting this tent is that it does not have a floor and you wouldn't have to remove your camping gear from your truck in order to set it up. The reason I bought it was for this reason. Right off the bat, I should have expected this to be a cheap tent (orange rain fly). Whoever designed this tent doesn't seem to be an avid camper Himself. Here is the real reason why I'm returning the tent after owning it for just over 2 hours. After leisurely putting the tent together in my driveway (this is why you should test all equipment you buy before using it - for your security and comfort - go ahead and do it!) In other words, you aren't playing with it. You are testing it out before putting it to use in the field. The tent did not zip up as I attempted to close it. The last thing I wanted to do was do this, but I thought I should get it done. You can buy the zippers for a low price! This thing deserves some quality zips, so why not use YKK? It was impossible to use the zippers because they split. How can this possibly be helpful- If there is an issue with the zipper, I can tell even before using the thing that the zippers will split. As a result, I believe the zippers and other materials will not hold up over time. In spite of being kept, if the tent is used in a few seasons the tent will not last. The product is very inferior, and I cannot move fast enough to send it back. Very disappointed!.

I am glad I have this addition on my truck
5/5

Thanks to this truck tent, I could use my truck without the full enclosure. Our group spent the night in a campground of a national park. Easy setup and takedown made the tent very easy to use. The bed of my truck is lined with a rug bedliner, which looks like a carpet. It was just right to have the truck tent there. I felt like I was on a camping trip when I slept in the tent. Having been in the park for a while, we experienced a windy night while the tent was not tested in the rain yet. I found the tent to be sturdy and quite stable. A recommendation The height of the air bed in the bed of the truck didn't feel comfortable and I was concerned there might be objects in the bed that could I bought a twin foam mattress instead of an air bed. It was better to use the foam mattress than an air mattress. In case you get a full or queen, you can cut it to match the bed of your truck. It ended up being a twin bed made of 3" foam. Moreover, by purchasing the storage bag, you can reduce the amount of foam bed you need to store.
