This is a counterfeit/fake product. It's a cheap imitation of the one shown in the photos. br>br>I received the truck bed tent, which was not the same as the picture on the website.
1- There are no privacy fly covers on the side windows. They're just the mesh windows that aren't movable.
2- Despite the fact that the instructions state otherwise, poles are not color coded.
3- Colors differ from one another. br>br>1 is the most serious problem. The rest, in my opinion, are less significant. br>The only way to get privacy or control weather protection is to cover the entire tent with a rain cover, which blocks air flow through the windows and is difficult to remove when needed. br>br>When I contacted the seller, all they said was that the product images are just a "general representation of the product. " br>I'm not sure why they didn't just take a picture of the actual product and use that instead.
The tent advertised on Amazon was not what I received, and when I contacted the manufacturer, it appeared that the tent was no longer available. They made up for the fact that they didn't have the tent I wanted. br>They were very fair to me, and I have no complaints. br>Amazon should put a proper advertisement on the tent so that others don't order something that isn't what it claims to be.
I used it for camping and was very pleased with it. I'd prefer it if the windows had privacy covers, but it survived a couple of heavy downpours with the rainfly attached and didn't leak a drop. It's a lot better than attempting to get out of bed in the morning!.
It was a hit with the teenagers. Although the instructions were not very clear, I was able to figure it out. Our truck bed is a little longer for a short bed, but it fit a full-sized air mattress perfectly, with Bag storage in the front and space behind the tent for a few items. They liked looking at the sky, even though it was only a screen with no zip and no rain fly. On the cooler night, putting up the rain fly wasn't too difficult, and it kept the tent warm and dry. We also appreciated the fact that it was completely enclosed and had a tent floor. It's very warm and inviting.
Although a little large for a Toyota Tacoma, they work well. It's simple to set up and take down.
Fit my truck pretty well, set up in 10 minutes, and I've used it a few times now. I gave it four stars because the plastic clips are cheap, and one of them broke the first time I set it up. It's not a big deal for the one that broke, but perhaps a revision is in order.
what! This tent is SO MUCH COOLER than I had anticipated! Excellent quality and extremely simple to erect! This one, unfortunately, had to be returned. Error on the part of the buyer Our new truck, I assumed, was a short-bed model. It turns out that the bed is of normal length. BAM! I ordered the correct size and it arrived in a timely manner. It arrived on my doorstep TWO DAYS LATER! This business isn't one to mess around with! I'm looking forward to using it for the actual Labor Day weekend in 2021!.
