It fits perfectly in my Jeep; all it took was a little drilling and some time to put it together, but other than that, I'm very pleased with it.
It may. I have a JK, but I believe the TJ's gate will work as long as it is wide and long enough. Rivets keep it in place.
I didn't use a quarter-pounder, but I did use a quarter With the help of a RivNut Tool, 20 RivNuts were inserted. 1/4- 20 bolts with flat washers and a TINY amount of anti-corrosion compound Seize.. br>RivNuts are provided, but not in the size I require. However, you'll still require a RivNut Toolbr>I suppose you could use a Pop-Up Tool instead. Rivets are used, but a large washer is required.
I'm not sure; it would depend on the vehicle.

The product itself arrived in a jumbled state. It sat unevenly on the tailgate because it wasn't square. What made it even more aggravating was that it came with fasteners that required a specialized tool to install. These fasteners irritated me because I'm a general contractor with a lot of tools. Not to mention that there are no instructions for fastening (likely because they know you won't have the special tool). I ended up using sheet metal screws, which will almost certainly fail, but it was the best I could do at the time. It was a real letdown.
Two bags are included, as well as mounting hardware. To install it with the hardware that came with it, I purchased a nut insert tool. Otherwise, self-tapping screws can be used. In any case, I was planning on getting a nut inserting tool. Lol. In the bags are towstraps, ratchet straps, gloves, and other items for my winch. I also bought a first-aid survival kit to go with it. It keeps my two-door Jeep Wrangler's belongings organized and off the floor.
The item was delivered on time, but the stitching quality was poor. I'd like to send these back and replace them with something more expensive and well-made. I'd like to share photos of the stitching coming apart in one bag weighing less than 3 pounds.
The hardware included in the kit isn't up to par. The instructions are well-written, but they don't specify what size drill bit to use, and the kit doesn't come with one. The drill bit I chose was an 11/32, which is the same size as the anchor shaft; however, this size does not work because it pulls out of the hole after the screw is tightened. Finally, I decided to use JB weld to keep the anchor in place, and it worked. I would not recommend this product because it does not adhere to the instructions.
However, only time will tell if the quality is satisfactory. It's impossible to imagine a more inept set of instructions. If I'm going to drill holes in my car, at least tell me how big the holes should be and that there are no "nails" in the package. There is a distinction to be made between screws and nails. I'll take it to my local dealer for installation, which will cost me an additional $50.
I used a ratio of 1/4:1. Instead of the supplied metric bolts and washers, 20 SS RivNut Inserts with SS Bolts and Washers were used. br>The storage capacity of your tailgate refers to the amount of space it can hold.
China still hasn't figured out how to make a functional zipper. YKK's days are long gone. So they're good bags if you're not going to use them.
