I'm not sure if the ones I ordered were for the spare tire holder holes or not.

Is this going to fit in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL?

This was not compatible with my JLU for 2021. not by a long shot

Fits the JL, and it's a wise decision to fill the empty space

This is the solution when you delete a tire or, in my case, add a rear bumper with tire carrier and don't need the bump stops or brake light/camera cable to come out of those holes. Then, with a little force, push it out (which is a good thing because you don't want them to pop out on their own). This, in my opinion, is a far more appealing design than a tire bump stop with no tire attached to that space. These are low-cost and effective. I've had them in for a few months and haven't gotten any water in them (at least not yet).

I had two small holes in my tailgate that were used for the OEM tire carrier after replacing my rear bumper and tire carrier. These plugs were just what I needed to cover the hole and make it appear as if it had always been there.

Two smaller plugs fit perfectly, but the larger one seemed a little too small, so I went back to the original for that hole.

I removed the spare tire because the gaping holes on my rear hatch were bothering me. I like how easy this kit is to use. Fits perfectly, and I'm back to having a clean look and not having to worry about mud or water getting in through the back hatch door.
