Fits perfectly on a 1981 CJ7

Installing it was a breeze. A watertight seal was achieved using 3M weather strip adhesive. The weather strip's plugs matched the tailgate's holes. I removed the old weather strip and used wet paper towels to clean the tailgate before using rubbing alcohol to clean it again. Begin by applying 3m to the tailgate and weather strip, then pushing the plugs into the holes on one end. In less than 20 minutes, you'll have completed the task.

Only the clips for the two ends should be included. Why don't you include the two end clips? Otherwise, everything is in order.

It's effective. However, the pins at the top edges are too small for the holes in the tailgate, and they do not secure the tailgate - I'll have to get some that are bigger or use sheetmetal screws.

There are parts that are missing

The plugs to attach it to the left side were missing, which I didn't notice until after the 30-day replacement period had passed. I'm now stuck with a waste of time gasket.
