I'm not sure how long it's been since I last saw you; My F-, on the other hand, was completed. With a 150 tailgate, you'll have about 14 inches of extra space. FYI, my truck has a sprayed-in liner, and this works without separating from it.
My truck is parked in the garage, and the overhead door is closed, so I can't open the tailgate. The Roc Block, as far as I can tell, is approx. The top of the bed is 2" wide (the portion along the tailgate is not visible). I'm assuming the item I bought is approximately. 4" wide.
It includes alcohol swabs for cleaning the adhesion area on both sides. I put mine on almost two years ago, and it's still holding up well after a lot of use, so I'm very happy with it.
My Chevy Silverado Crew Cab fits perfectly and performs admirably! I hope this has been of assistance to you.

I've slammed it with various objects and sprayed it with various substances, but it still won't budge. I've told all my pickup-obsessed friends about it!br>br>Update (9/24/18): Unfortunately, I made the mistake of backing up a trailer with my tailgate down. Now I understand why tailgates are so crowded. They have a ding on the top. I always assumed people threw heavy objects at them, but this time it was a trailer backed up with the gate down. Anyway, I couldn't take it any longer and had to replace my tailgate. Removing the Rok Block took an additional hour and a half! I was amazed at how well it had stuck! It took a lot of effort to remove the gap cover, and it left residue on my bed that I had to scrape and pick off for over an hour. I was concerned because I had just transported my chainsaw and gas can, and the can had tipped over during the journey. My pickup's gas tank had been soaking for at least an hour when I arrived. I expected it to damage the Rok Block's adhesive, but it didn't. It was unconcerned about it. I was blown away by how well it worked. I ordered a new set for my new tailgate and am 100% convinced that it will stay in place for a really, really long time in spite of the abuse things take in.
On a 2019 Ford F-150, I installed this. With a sprayed-in bed liner, the price drops to $150. The first time I installed the ROK guard, it jammed the tailgate, preventing it from closing, so I had to purchase new adhesive and reinstall it. It should be attached. It works fine once it's installed properly. It would be helpful if there were some model-specific instructions. I've noticed a couple of places where the adhesive is pulling away from the bed liner, so I'll have to see how it holds up over time. The tapered seals have almost no value. The instructions call for a single long piece and several smaller pieces to be installed on each side, with the single long piece closing the gap fairly well but not completely sealing it. The small pieces don't stick together very well and aren't very strong. The gaps in the tailgate are so large from the factory that I doubt anything could be used to seal them. Water, dust, and light could easily pass through the tailgate even after the seals were installed.
The tailgate seal on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma is insufficiently long. I read other people's reviews and thought it would be perfect, but it didn't work for me. I finished the job with the extra piece they sent me and some homemade gasket. Instead of having to use my own materials, I wish it was long enough to have extras left over. I believe I purchased the 10-foot version, but I am not certain. After checking my purchase history, it could say something like this. I'd like to order another to complete the job properly, but after this installation, I'm feeling discouraged. I hope this has been of assistance.
Save your cash because it isn't going to stick. I'm only giving this a two-to-one rating because the side gap pieces appear to be holding up so far. The piece that covers the bottom of the tailgate is awful. Save your money because it doesn't stick and is so thick that it makes closing the gate difficult and actually holds water. It said it should work with a spray-in liner, so I bought one. I also installed it when it was hot outside, which made it ideal for sticking. I'm getting rid of mine because it's just bad and useless. Without a doubt, it was a waste of money. I should have listened to the other reviewer, but you have to take chances every now and then.
NOTE: In the valve action pen, there is an adhesion promoter. br>I assumed my adhesion promoter was missing from my packaging after watching installation videos. I was about halfway through when I noticed the pen and realized it was the adhesion promoter (rather than the wipes as stated in the video instructions). br>I'm a big fan of this product!.
Follow the installation instructions for a great customer experience and a great product. Make sure the surfaces are well prepared and cleaned. Ensure that the temperature is at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Leave the tailgate open for 24 hours and press it down firmly. This is a solid product that is well worth the money.
I've had this on my truck for a few months now, and it's still going strong. It was simple to put on, and the adhesion promoter they provide is very effective! I've had no issues with the strips lifting away from the surfaces, and the material is quite sturdy. I think it'll last a long time, and it definitely keeps water and dirt out of my truck bed when I'm off-roading!.
This kit is a one-stop shop for all your needs. The instructions are simple and straightforward. My 2016 Ford F150 Lariat's tailgate gap was easily filled. It adhered well to my spray-in bed liner (follow the instructions to the letter) and is holding up well. With a little left over, the kit includes enough ROK BLOCK and side gasket for a standard pickup bed/tailgate. Tip: Allow the adhesive to dry/cure for 24 hours with the tailgate open, then place a thin, heavy object (small diameter pipe or re-bar) on the tailgate seam. bar) to "mold the seam to bend correctly(into the gap) rather than pucker into the bed area, as some reviewers have claimed, keeping mud/dust out of the covered bed area.
