You can put a lot of weight on it. The F- series has been loaded with them I have a Ford 150 and a Ram 1500.
The ramps are 10' long and can support 10,000 pounds. One lip is equal to one finger. Mine is 5" long and 1" wide (length of ramp).
You can purchase them either way, according to my understanding.
Approximately 14 inches wide on the outside, but only 13 inches wide on the inside. They seem to be good ramps, although I have yet to test their strength.

I have a Featherlite 17 at the moment. The trailer has five car compartments under the deck to transport loading ramps with latching doors to secure them in place. In one instance, I forget to pin the doors closed and drove 35 or so miles to get home. The doors opened easily, which is even more frustrating considering that I had just oiled the hinges.
Having driven over the overpass and found neither ramp along the side of the road, I knew I would have to replace them. Thanks to being a Prime member I was able to find these trailer ramps. They are rated for 3000 pounds per ramp and are much heavier duty than the old ramps that were rated for 1500 pounds or 3000 pounds for the pair. As a result, I did some searching once I located them and at the time they were cheaper on Amazon with Prime shipping compared to any other listings I could find. It was Sunday evening when I placed my order and they arrived Wednesday afternoon. Someone with the same problem could refer to the compartments as 15 inches wide by 4 3/8 inches tall by 72 inches wide. The length of this sentence is 5 inches. My only issue is that I have to drill holes so the doors can be pinned It is vital not to forget about 14 inches wide, two and a half inches thick, and 72 inches long are the dimensions of these ramps. Almost all of them fit perfectly, except that the pin must go through a hole in the base. Be sure to note the nice beveled ends that fit flush against the ground when loaded. The only real issue is that the lip on the back of the locking angle end is longer than the ramps made by Featherlite. The wheels may need trimming at some point, but for now they fit the Miata just fine. The ramps delivered within the time frame they were promised, were well packaged (no damage, lots of straps around the cardboard. The ride will be worse since they are only 4 inches from the road ) They are very well made and sturdy, but I wish I didn't have to buy.
It is the second Gen-Y product I own. I highly recommend them. There are some really good ramps here. It's great to find a pair that works well and are sturdy for the size and weight they are. My only complaint is that the welds are not clean enough for the price that I paid, and there could be a handle to fold up to carry. In thinking about which ramps to purchase for 2 trailers, I always came back to Geny--the ramps that will work best for me.
It is God who makes all things possible!.
These work very well and aren't heavy at all, but they can take a lot of load.
Very sturdy, very light, and did exactly as it was supposed to.
Weight is about a quarter of steel ramps of comparable size.
It was not the same ramp on both sides. The ramp made of thicker material was one of the ramps. This was stronger, so I decided to keep.
The product is great, and is well made. I would buy it again - and recommend it.
