I have a RAM 1500 with a short-bed and it was a tight fit. In a net with no cargo, it's already stretched to its maximum capacity. If the cargo depth reaches more than 2 feet, the net will not work. As a result, I understand why some people would want a tight fit to make sure that cargo won't fall Again, this was without a single ounce of cargo! The mesh was so tight that the hook broke off the corner! A DATE UPDATED Upon reaching out to me, OrionMotorTech offered me a full replacement of the network. It's amazing how customer service works like that!.
It was a great experience. I have used them twice so far and both times they have worked well. I came across some things that had become loose in my photos above and the device would not hold without holding Due to the fact that a strap would not work, I made sure to bring a cargo net. turned out to be a great solution. All the pieces fit tightly and I could keep them in place. was able to drive the three hours back home without any problems. Everything held up the carabiners and net held up quite well. Purchasing another one for a family member was a good decision.
The blanket fits snuggly over the top of an empty load that is going to the dump, and it feels As a result, it is a little too small for a standard pickup truck bed. If this is the size needed, then the next size up should be ordered. It would be nice if the manufacturers of cargo nets colored coded the tie down clips! The net must be untangled quite a bit in order to tell left from right until a certain amount of tangling is cleared out. Using nail polish or colored tape, I will be able to see which side of the tie down clips goes where. The fact that this is a typical characteristic of cargo nets is not unique to this brand.
The day before I went on a beach vacation with my friends, I bought this. Besides suitcases, plastic bags with stuff inside them, towels, and plenty of other loose items that could easily blow away during the 3 1/2 hour flight, I slept on a bed filled to the brim with suitcases and plastic bags filled with stuff. Since I knew what was coming and didn't want to worry about how I was going to get by with a tarp and tie downs, I decided to take a chance on As long as you don't have something sticking on top of your bed, it fits well on my bed with only a few inches above the bed's height, and I expect that it will be too small if you have something that's several feet above your I found it to be just as snug as I needed it to be for my purposes and no items were lost in going to or coming In addition, as previously mentioned by others, the metal clips are also kind of flimsy. I used a wide variety of clips and they all held up fine for me, but I recommend that you get.
In the end, I was able to secure a tarp with the extra hooks and then the net on top. It was all anchored perfectly to the anchors that positioned themselves in the truck bed. Everything was dry and the coolers, tent, groceries, chairs, and toys were not moved. I agree with you both. Even the bag in which it was packed fits back into the net. This is amazing! I am so happy with the results!.
We used it for a camp trip where we put everything in a sleeping bag, covered it with a tarp, and then covered it with this mesh netting to keep all our stuff secure and stop the tarp from blowing away. Although a few of the metal carabineers in the set are junk, and many of them broke as soon as I opened the box, there had to be more than enough extras for me. It was well worth it for the piece of mind I gained while driving 3 hours away. The Lock-Double truck bed cover is a great option for people who want to keep their cargo secure.
Having bought a similar item a few years ago, I am shocked at how much they have improved the quality and features of this item! All the other products in this world, which are becoming cheaper and lower in quality as time goes on, are so very different. Webbing is heavy duty, and instead of plastic clips, this cargo net comes with nice, metal carabiners that close so you aren't constantly getting tangled up I give Orion Motor Tech a thumbs up!.
This net is strong and sturdy, perfect for holding trash in the bed of my pick-up. Generally, it works well, but the only problem is the plastic hooks get tangled up with the net when putting it away, and it takes a long time to untangle them. I have found that the best way to solve this problem is to take them off and replace them with inexpensive carabiners with a flip closer. You can put on as many as you need for my situation. As well, don't need as many for my situation. I used it because it cost only 10 dollars.
