Most applications do not require velcro to be strong
Not in my case. Take a 1 inch long screw from the hardware store (wood sheet metal screw).
The outside edges of the frame measure 16 inches. 14 inches is the length of the net.
After the stretch mesh is removed from the frame, glue or spray paint can be applied to the frame to transform it.

The product works, but it costs a lot for what you get. The phone holder is designed to hold my phone and miscellaneous items within the center console of my boat. In order to prevent rust, we used stainless steel screws instead of painted steel screws.
purchased the large one for my computer and I'm taking the plunge and ordering 3 of the smaller ones as well. Flat surfaces with them and inside the cabinets of the RV prove to be very useful.
It has a U-shaped frame made of plastic. As the arms of the U are flexible, they tend to draw inward when the netting is tight. In order to make sure the right arm was stretched exactly in the shape of a 'U', I put the last screw in the TL, BL and BR holes. I then inserted the TR hole and pulled the right arm to ensure that the whole frame was stretched perfectly. I like the way it works!.
It's a great way to store your camper. Using my travel trailer as a remote and cable storage system is very convenient. Installing this product could not be easier. There is a good chance I will.
There is a bend/pull inward of about 2" on the open end of the frame (the legs). I am having difficulty getting the legs square for install so they would be easy to pull back. Since I wanted a matching set of three along with this uncertainty as to getting a good installation, and since the two smaller ones I ordered were apparently lost in transit, I decided not to use it. It was a good thing that Amazon refunded the money.
The screws that came with this were used to mount it. My guide holes are small and sturdy, so it's held up I am able to store my work gloves or pretty much anything else not too big in this box.
On the inside of the door of my trailer, I attached this pocket. If you have small items, this should work well. In general, the quality is good. In addition to the small size, I purchased the in-between size.
It had bent plastic arms that we received, with the open end skewed / pulled in by about an inch from the bottom. Although it was an incredible deal, I thought the quality of the item was poor. It looks more like a cheap 10 dollar item.
