Questions & Answers

My f- in 2015 A plastic bed liner is already installed on the 150. Is it possible to install this over the plastic liner, or must the liner be removed?

The Bedrug is a 'contoured fit' that uses two rows of Velcro tape to adhere to the inside of the truck's bed. If you install the Bedrug over the liner, I believe there will be fit issues that will be difficult to correct. Instead of wasting space under the liner, remove it and replace it with this. It's an excellent item.

Is this going to fit a 2020 FXT F150 with a 5 1/2 bed?

In my 2020 Ford F150 with a 5 1/2 bed, I installed the bedrug. It was extremely comfortable to wear. To make holes for tie downs and bed lights, you'll need to use a razor knife.

Is this something that would fit in a 2006 F150 5?

It is not going to fit.

Is this going to fit my 2020 Ford F150 Supercrew, which has five seats? 5 bed? If fits says no, I'm guessing the webpage will need to be updated to include the year 2020?

Bedrug makes a bed liner for your 2020 F150, but it's possible that Amazon hasn't updated their inventory or doesn't have it in stock. I strongly suggest that you visit Bedrug. Get the Model Number for the one that fits your truck at www.com. Bed Rugs are made to fit your bed perfectly. I hope this has been of assistance. My bed rug is one of my favorite things in the world. This is a fantastic product that is well worth the money.

Some helpful installation advice
5/5

In my new Ford F150 shortbed, I just put a new bedrug on. I used to have one in my previous 2008 GMC Sierra and really missed it during the time I was without it. They're gentle on the knees and body, stay cool, don't slide around, and the bed is extremely quiet. A Truxedo Lo Pro tonneau cover will last the truck's entire life. br>br>Installing this, I learned a few tricks that I'll share here. br>br>1) Before installing it, lay it flat on the ground in the sun to iron out any wrinkles or curling. br>2) Remove the tie-in after it has been removed. downs, reinstall the screws to make it easier to see where the "x" cut for the screws should be made. br>3) To get rid of the bed- Remove the taillights so you can pinch the clasp open from behind the light and turn it on. To remove the light, pull it down and out from the bottom. br>4) Work your way from the cab to the tailgate to install the bedrug. Start with a dry fit, then adhere the bottom, then the cab, and then work both sides at the same time. br>5) Make no cutouts for the tie downs; they should be installed directly over the rug for a professional installation. br>6) Cutouts for the bed lights and switch should be made when that area is being installed so that everything is in its proper place. br>7) Remove some of the foam backing around the perimeter of the light and switch cutouts, then bend the bottom of the metal light opening away from the tail light opening with a hammer and flat bladed screw driver so you can click the light back in place. br>br>There are a lot of good YouTube videos; I learned a lot from three of them. Look over them to see if there's anything I left out. br>br>I can't speak highly enough of the Bedrug; it's an excellent product.

It's a great way to give your truck a more polished appearance
5/5

This is the first time I've ever slept on a rug. I had been debating between this and line-x when a friend told me about it. Finally, I chose the bed rug because I like the look and will not be transporting many heavy items. I've only had it for a couple of months, so I can't speak to its durability. If it rains or you go through a car wash, it will be damp for a few days unless it is extremely hot outside. I like how it looks in my truck's bed, and I've gotten a few compliments on it. I would advise anyone on the fence to purchase. br>br>Installation: br>br>Installation: br>br>Installation: br>I learned how to do this by watching a few YouTube videos. I was able to complete this project in a few hours, with the bedrug alone taking no more than an hour. The reason it took me so long was because I removed all of the tiedowns and then re-installed them. To achieve a cleaner look, it was installed over the bedrug. Instead of cutting around, I removed the LED bed lights and button and replaced them over the bedrug. This, in my opinion, made it look a lot cleaner.

At first, I was skeptical, but now I'm convinced
5/5

These are a little on the pricey side. However, the materials are high-quality, and the fit and finish are tailored when installed. My truck bed now matches the quality of my interior, which is a Ford 150 Platinum. Because I work as a contractor, I prefer to use plastic or sprayed-on liners. I'm not going to dump top soil in this, but tools, trash, and equipment are fine. My bed is kept dry because I use a solid trifold cover. When carrying luggage, golf clubs, and other items, this device transforms a truck bed into a giant car trunk. The items remain in place and are silent. This is a purchase you will not be sorry for. br>br> Installation necessitates patience but does not necessitate any technical expertise. I needed to unscrew and reattach factory tie downs and used a simple pointed tool to locate screw holes before driving the screws through the tiny hole and into the threaded bed holes with a power drill. I exposed the bed lights with a sharp razor knife. Buy it. br>br>.

Who'd have guessed that I could do it? "You aren't the sharpest ball on the table!" I've been told many times
5/5

"I figured I'd never be able to install this on my own, so I gave up. " For days, I contemplated it. Someone should be paid, not not paid, but someone should be paid. Okay, I'll try to do it on my own. Velcro is used to keep it in place. It can't possibly be that difficult. As a result, I split it into two steps. First, I turned it inside out to see where the majority of the cuts for the lights and dew hickey tie down things should be made. As I previously stated, I am not particularly gifted in this area. Anyway, I cut my pieces and attached the Velcro according to the detailed instructions that I read a dozen times. Then, on a bright, sunny day with a high of over 70 degrees, I started on a day with a temperature of 32 degrees. I started by unplugging the lights and removing the tie downs. After that, I positioned the rug, wiped down the attachment area with rubbing alcohol, letting it dry, and then began removing the tape backing, starting with the floor section and working my way around the bed, section by section, until I reached the tailgate. I wanted to rush into the house and drag the missis off the couch to show her what I had done. But no. . I must complete my task. So I reattached the tailgate, reinstalled the tie downs, installed the lights, and put any tools I'd used away. It appeared to be fantastic. I was in a euphoric state! I went into the house, turned off the TV, and dragged my wife out to look at it. She said, "Looks nice," and as she walked back into the house, I exclaimed, "What!" It appears to be fantastic! " In any case. It appears to be a fantastic idea, and I believe I am capable of carrying it out. It's possible for everyone!.

It'll be ideal for my 2020 F-150
5/5

150 Before purchasing a bed liner for my 2020 F-150, I conducted extensive research. 150 I didn't want to use a spray in because it would make the paint job permanent. I also decided against using a hard shell drop in because they tend to shift and slide around on the bed, removing the paint. br>It was simple to put the bed rug up. It took an hour and a half to complete. I like the padding and how the unit doesn't move or slide once it's in place. br>I decided to put off cutting out the cutouts for the bed lights for a month. The material was able to stretch and smooth out as a result of this. I didn't just cut the light holes without thinking about it. On the liner, I drew a series of lines. I was able to achieve a perfect fit around the lights by doing it this way. To get the light clips to grab the back of the liner, I had to shave it. br>br>Another thing I did differently was to buy 3 feet of extra automotive Velcro and add it to the mix to strengthen the adhesion. Overall, I am very pleased with the bed rug.
