It only took about five minutes to install all four of them. I would buy this product.
A rail system in the bed of the truck makes this toolbox ideal for installation. This product is fantastic! I recommend the over the hook bolt, washer, and nut to all my friends! With the toolbox, you will receive nut hardware.
I ran the bolts through the brackets in the opposite direction and acquired M8 wingnuts that can be unscrewed from inside the toolbox so that it would be easier to remove. I like it very much.
The contact points in the machined aluminum need to have more of the ridge seen in the image above to engage the truck bed
The toolbox needs to be moved a few inches away from the back window of the newer Ford F150 to line up with.
I highly recommend it. I like how thick and well made they are. There is more metal in the bolt than appears at first glance, which fits well in the pre-assembly Almost every popular truck toolbox comes with slots for the screws. A toolbox can be easily installed in an aluminum F150 bed using these features to catch the bedrail, they can be easily installed in a wide grip bedrail. You can see them clearly if you're looking from the rear "gap between the truck's bed rail and box," and you'll find that they're very neat and clean. You will not regret spending a few extra dollars on them.
My 2019 Tacoma Limited was equipped with 4 of these in order to hold down a 60" crossover toolbox. Besides drilling the safety bolt hole in the toolbox, I also drilled out a hole in the bed to slip it into the toolbox - but the hole isn't needed. All of these work well by themselves. In spite of showing no signs of bending, the teeth on the clamp firmly grip the rail system of the rail bed and deck. The socket adapter and a drill make it possible for me to zip the bolts on and off in little more I am very happy with the product, it is well made and considered.
We have purchased two sets in a It worked perfectly and gave me great peace of mind in my new 2019 Toyota Tacoma. This was my second purchase for my 2021 Chevy Silverado TrailBoss since I needed a bigger truck. It makes me feel much safer having these in place and knowing my toolbox will remain intact. This is a great product.
Although this was a purchase I did not regret, and I knew what i was buying before I bought Just stopped taking this for granted that it would be a little bigger and came to find out they weren't. It doesn't really matter how they look since you never see them, so you can't see the difference. I feel just as unsafe using these as I did the factory tie downs that came with my boxes. I can say again that they are.
