This does not seem to be a problem at all! You should give it a try and if it does not meet your expectations, it is easy to return on Amazon!
They do not mention or list a weight rating for these clamps. It is the job of these clamps to compress, and they are supposed to be tightened only to about 6mm I think she is 7 feet tall and weighs 275 pounds.
Obviously, how much room you have between the track and the lip of the bed will dictate how big your rails are.

The clamps on the tonneau cover for the 2019 Silverado were used to replace the junk OEM clamps. There was just enough clearance under the fabric top to allow for a perfect fit. Set the clamps to their maximum performance by tightening the bolts to 29 inch pounds. The material thickness is sufficient for this design to remain rigid under load without distorting and collapsing. Make sure your threads are greased.
Here's the link I used it with my truck racks, and it worked really well. I used 1 clamp per corner for 2 kayaks for a round trip of 80 miles with no worries. On a 2003 Ford F250 Crew Cab Short bed, I installed the system. Here are some pictures.
The original bolt that came with the blade was too short for my project. I went to Ace and bought the same thread pitch bolt that was twice as long and everything Then I use them to hang my rack on my bed.
Everything I wanted and needed was given to me. I opened it in a couple of minutes and it was.
It is a great product at an even better.
The Dodge truck I have them on is a Dodge. The fit and the work are good.
I prefer this over any other I have used. Do not bend or back off! Be solid!.
There are no problems with these clamps, but they would be better quality if they were better made. You can loosen or tighten these by hand, and they feel as though they're about to strip.
