Since I am not as concerned about a scratch or ding on my jack stand as some of the other reviewers, I ordered four of them "open box. " I checked all 4 when they arrived and they all appeared to be fine with the exception of one of them with a small pen mark under the weld, but not affecting the penetration. These will only be used for cosmetic purposes, so no big deal unless the photographer intends to use them to illustrate their product. I can use them with my PowerWagon and Jeep without a problem.
