What is the fit of this on Harbor Freight trailer axles?

One inch by four inches will be the size of the spindle. A 1" bearing will be used for the inner and outer surfaces. Seal number 1 will appear on the label. 25" in length.

In place of lug nuts, can I use regular bolts to bolt the wheel onto the axle instead of using bolts?

We recommend you use lug nuts to bolt the wheel to the vehicle.

Generally speaking, this item is good, just make sure your rear is the right size

The item is good, but you have to measure your trailer to make sure it is the right size. For it to work with my trailer, I had to order a different size seal. Rather, it is my fault because I did not pay attention to the seller.
