The kind of piece of junk you find in the trash

is just a pretty junky piece of equipment. As a last resort, I stripped the wires and soldered them. The first led I installed failed from the start, but I did not feel like taking the whole thing apart to replace it.

This connector originally belonged to a cheap brand and basically corroded away over time. To save myself time and money, I used this inexpensive alternative. It's as simple as cutting the wires, installing them, and screwing them This is a piece of cake. It took about two minutes to get on. Great performance, and the cover that it comes with is tight and secure. In addition to the built-in test lights, I like the fact that it comes with an instruction manual. As soon as I need it again, I will buy it.

The fix is simple

As a result of a 4x4 expedition, I damaged my original connector and I have been reluctant to replace it. A friend of mine led me to this item and bought it because it was inexpensive.

Easy to Having not yet tested it, at least there are no exposed wires lol.

This was not effective for all types of wire

I had to use solder to attach the wires. This was not exactly the way I wanted it to work. Although the wires are not held by it, it is a good idea nonetheless. It is possible to solder them on, though. Hence, it has now been fixed.

This program works according to its description. It is actually a matter of stripping the ends of the wire about 1/8" and pushing them into the forks, then doing light solder, and finishing with a small bead of silicone around the shell.
