With a new 7 on the 2021 e450 class c rv, I'm looking for a road trip! The package has two 7-pin active pins and three 3-pin pins. On the center console of the vehicle, the Ford connection can be found above the radio. Because of the wires being mixed up, this harness was not plug n play for me, and I had to disassemble it and reassemble it Create a spade connector configuration. This product consists of just the grey plastic connector, it does not come with a plug n play. Measure the voltage with a voltmeter to figure out how to use it

When I first noticed something wrong with my truck, I almost took it to a Ford dealership. Following another review, I had thought that they had to program the brake controller into the computer for it to work. According to the dealer, if you use a non-original part it will probably damage it You should be able to use it for your Ford brake controller. As I looked further, I found that wagging the wires would make the brake controller work. Upon receiving this information, I sent the printed material back (it was very easy to do so), and had another sent within two Installed in 5 minutes & works perfectly / Camping on the weekend! A big thank you to.
I ordered a brake control wiring adapter for a 03 F150 and received one for a 99 F250. The label on the package made it clear what was inside. As I was out of time to return before a trip, I tried with no success to reorient the pins on the plug to fit the 03 F150. My final choice was to buy a totally new brake controller, as well as a wiring adapter, on the local market.
I mean, really! On my motorhome with a chassis of E450 chassis, I purchased this for connecting my Prodigy brake controller to the new towing dolly. Pop the trim panel, connect the Ford end to the Prodigy end, and then pop the panel back in it was as simple as they said it would be Now I do not need to crawl under the RV anymore because I have brakes. I'm so happy!.
Ranger's footwell is tight, and I was concerned that I would hit my knee with it when I got out, but this is so small and removable that I had no problem at all. I like how easy it is to set up and adjust the strength of the brakes as well as the settings for multiple trailers and drivers.
This kit comes with everything you need!.
A few days ago, I purchased a travel trailer and needed the brake control so I could use the The wiring worked out fine and I was able to program my trailers without too much difficulty. The only issue I encountered was having to have the Ford dealer program the truck computer for the brake controller in order to use it. As a result, I now have peace of mind knowing that the trailer brakes also function.
The . is what gave it a 5 star rating. The P3 controller I purchased is to be installed into an Expedition 2015 along with this. It was told by the Tekonsha Tech line that this would work, but it did not. This device caused the truck to do all kinds of strange things when connected to the P3. After another call to the technical support line, I met with a different technician who did not know how to make this work in my truck and could provide no further information. In the end, I disassembled the plug, moved the pins around, and used a multimeter to determine the correct location. Now everything works as it should. The connector can be disassembled easily in order to modify it and I rated it 5 stars because of that.
An excellent connection was made between the Ford wiring harness and the controller. There is plenty of length and secure connections. Our two-week trip was a success, and we were impressed with how well it performed. I would buy again if the price is right.
