This product is used as a chain hook when I use my tractor to pull things (trees, rocks, etc. ). This item is the perfect fit for my 3pt hitch weight ballast, which has a 2" receiver hitch, so I can run a chain through to pull things without having to disconnect the ballast. It works great and I am very pleased.

The way it is is nice. I am not exactly sure how well it works, as it hangs a little crooked at times because the swivels do not maintain 100% balance. The reason I bought it is because it moves, and I don't always pull it.
