What is the maximum working load for a shackle?

As it says 13,000 lbs, I removed the supplied shackle and installed a Gear America Shackle. I'll keep the shackle that came with it in my gear bag as an extra shackle and assume it only pulls 13k.

I love the quality of the product, although

Quality and appearance of this product are both excellent, however I was unable to get it to work properly in my 2" receiver because of its smaller size and bounced around a lot. This item was returned, and I purchased a different brand which fits perfectly now. The receiver looked to be normal size of a 2" receiver, so I were inclined to give it five stars.

The paint scratches easily, and the 2 inch hitch is easily lost

There were some marks on the surface that were powder coated over, but that's just While it is close to the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in red, it does not quite match it. It has only been in and out twice before already some of the paint has chipped off. It looks like it will start rusting soon, but I'm not so sure. As a result, I gave it 3 stars, as I think it is strong and will get the job done. In addition, the 2 inch hitch is too small for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

It's a no-brainer So you can play around with how much of it sticks out there, there are several mounting locations. I don't think there is anything drastically wrong, since I'm not breaking a leg. The receiver is well made, price is reasonable and it is well made. The items were as expected, and I would recommend them to others.
