An ad for a "four pack" can be found here. There are four red connectors, eight metal tabs, and four end caps shown in the listing. Images of four connectors can be seen in the photos. As you can see, it is not what you will receive. The box contains what appears to be a "4 Pack," but it In the first instance, I returned it assuming the mistake might have been made - This was not the case. This second box has exactly the same contents as the previous one. See for yourself what the description and photos mean. We'd appreciate it if you could just understand that you will only receive 2 connectors if you order this "four pack"! The seller is very dishonest and underhanded.

There is little difference between what Warn uses in their winch kits and what Warn uses on its I don't think they're at all flimsy they look very beefy. Keep in mind that, to get a good crimp, a hydraulic crimper is needed. Otherwise, like some people on here said, the connectors will deform and the crimp will be an inadequate one. I have already ordered my second set of 4. I am very satisfied with it.

Thank you so much for making Amazon available. I got these plugs online. I'm amazed at how strong they are, and how durable they seem. The cables on one end of an electrical cord were cut off from the clamps and I connected one of the plugs to My battery plug is attached to the front bumper using one of the plugs. Since I now have my own jump starter system, I won't need to lift the hood of anyone's vehicle to start theirs. Similarly, I can plug my winch into the outlet. It's a great thing that these plugs exist. A heavy and thick duty material.

Although I prefer bigger than smaller, I would always rather go bigger. A soldering iron can be used to connect the pins. As soon as I tinned the cables and filled the pins with lead, I plunged the cables into them. It is very easy to plug and unplug these connectors, and they are capable of handling high currents.

Good disconnects for a battery line. I was able to connect to these well. It is very important that you watch the YouTube video showing how to properly crimp on the connectors and insert them in the housing if you have never done it before. The best method for installing them securely is to use a strong 30 amp crimper. Installation goes smoothly when the software is correctly installed.

Put a pair on my 12,000-lb winch lines, one on the winch itself, one on the lines, and a third on the lines so I can disconnect the winch Also, this gives the ability to make jumper cables (which I did with 25ft 2ga energizer cables) using the same connectors, so I am now able to jump my car without popping open the hood and run the winch from a battery with the cables.
