You can find them from a wide range of sources. Only a costly crimping tool is required, which has been described as a drawback. For about $30, I found one with decent ratings. Once your cables are made, you are left with a paperweight since the cable is designed to serve only one purpose.
Now all I have to do is pull out the battery post or push it in until I hear it.
