After a busy summer on the farm, I'm writing this review. A tornado slammed into us. The winch (warn 9000i) on which this is mounted was used extensively throughout the summer, primarily for tree removal. I'm talking about a 75-year-old woman. Trees that are 100 feet tall. It took approximately an hour to complete the installation. incredibly robust. I also purchased tow hooks, which are of excellent quality. Lower-grade bolts get a one-star rating. Grade 8 was the level I chose. I believe they come with grade 6, which should be adequate, but I knew I'd be running it hard and had them on hand in the shop, so I upgraded them. Excellent value for money. I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars on a truck mount. I like how it exposes the winch, allowing me to repair and maintain it without having to remove anything. To keep the winch bolts from being stolen, I welded a piece of bar under them. Added bonus: It serves as both a step into the engine bay and a field table for storing tools.
Truck candy that is well-made and solid. It is simple to set up. a thick gauge It's attractive and functional. Both the mall crawlers and the off-road crew have complimented you. The purchase was a success. br>br>I bought and installed this a while back. br>I'm still pleased with it! br>For the price of this tray plus $100, I couldn't make a better tray out of raw materials. The bull bar (which has been added) is not a toy bar. It has the ability to withstand a licking. br>br>this weekend, I used the truck/winch to pull a leaning hardwood down as a safety mechanism. It was a massive tree with a serious slant to it. As a result, I focused my attention on it. There was no deflection after I pushed the truck forward at least 1' and bit into the wheel chocks. none.
I paired this with a bull bar that matched the winch tray on my 2008 Ford F250, and it was simple to install and well-made. This is precisely what I needed, and it works perfectly. Easy to assemble and well-made; all holes line up, so installation is a breeze. I also installed a Warn 12,000 lb winch, which fit perfectly. Someone put in a lot of time and effort to make this fit my truck.
It was a fairly simple installation, as it came with instructions and all of the necessary nuts and bolts. The winch's bolt holes matched my tough stuff winch perfectly. Installed on a Ford F-150 in 2008, I like it. 250.
On my fleet work truck, it fit perfectly. Heavy-duty construction.
Installed on a 2008 Ford 250, with excellent installation documentation and a perfect fit. No hole drilling was required, and the product is well constructed.
