I was told that this was the replacement part by Harbor Freight

In order to safely transport it, I am required to mount it inside a larger plastic box due to its slightly larger size. I have purchased a project box from an electronics supply place, but have not yet had time to assemble it. While Harbor Freight hasn't let me down thus far, I have found that I have a tendency to buy more than one of their right angle grinders, winches, and some of their other tools when they are on sale. We hope that everything goes well.

I think the instructions are computer generated in English nonsense (probably). There was a need to rewire all 4 wires I) - 2. As a result, I was able to stuff everything back into the solenoid box, NOTICE the arrangement of receiver, solenoid, and wiring inside the box during the removal operation. Please note that wires are 22-gauge A wire is two times thicker than a 24 GA casing, so stripping should be done with care.

I'm very happy with how it works though. The winch and all the parts fit perfectly back into the winch box, but it took a little while to get it back into Because of the cracked case of the original remote, I had no choice but to buy this. I don't find it.

There were some changes required to this copy since it was not the original. managed to get it to fit in the original box, and it runs.

The control box must be torn apart in order for it to work

The control box is functional after the control module is replaced after tearing it apart. There is much to be desired in the directions. A new connector will have to be put on the wires after they have been cut.
