Synthetic Winch Cable (with protective sleeve) from 3/16 inch to 3/8 inch If it's a steel cable, you'll probably need something to wrap it in to keep it from sliding. Thank you very much.
Yes, but you'll need something to wrap the steel cable in (synthetic rope comes with a protective sleeve by default). The rubber stopper may slip if this is not done. Thank you very much.

It claims to be for an utv, but it is far too big. The winch line cannot pass through the hole, and the stopper is too small for a full-size truck.
During the winter, our winches are put to good use. The cable damage caused by repeated impacts against the roller head while plowing snow has been reduced thanks to the use of these stoppers. I hope this has been of assistance.
On a ranger plow, it's used for the wentch. It does a great job of keeping things in order.
The auto-stop feature on the Winch leaves some slack. This indicates that the hook made contact with the paint on my bumper and mounting bracket. It's now fixed and looks fantastic.
Not a great fit; it works, but the design is poor; it gets crushed and hoes sideways.
On my 4-wheel drive, I needed to come to a halt. a cable for a wheeler's winch I had to add a piece of rubber hose to it because my cable was a little too small, but that also helped to keep it in place! A fantastic purchase!.
When tightened down, it does not deform. An Allen key is included with the hardware, and it fits snugly on synthetic line.
This is a great item to have on hand to protect your fairlead from hooks.
