The ladder has a nice, clean appearance to it. However, the instructions for installation were abysmal. This ladder was made specifically for my van's passenger side rear door, but it's hard to tell from the outside. I installed it on the driver's side door and didn't realize it was out of plumb until I looked at it from a distance a few days later. Reinstalled and everything works fine, but the other door now has two extra screw holes. Before drilling and screwing, double-check your position.
