From the baseplate, tow bar, stone shield, to the wiring harness, the entire towing system is what I use. In this case, the covers are effective. The seat belts aren't fastened tight, but they do keep the car clean if you remove them through an automatic washer.

My car looks good with them on the front

It is the product I have been using for the past two years. I haven't experienced any issues with them falling off, but need to remove them when the car goes through an auto They have come off a few times for me. My car looks good with them on the front.
