I find this tree saver very useful. In terms of materials and construction, it is not up to par. How do you know if it will There are limitations, however, so it cannot be abused in the same way a top of the line strap can. However, for storing under your back seat and using once in a while, yes, the price is worth it. If you ever need to get out of a tight spot, it will come in handy.

Now that our tree saver is functioning again, we used it twice. He came to the rescue twice, once for helping tow another quad back to the trailhead and another time for cleaning mine. He was a life-saver every time. My hook for my wench is standard and not large enough for the tree saver loops, so I strongly recommend getting a shackel as well.
