Do you know if this product is made in the ?

No matter where the product is manufactured, I cannot be certain if it is manufactured in the US. Founded in Australia, ARB has been around for nearly 50 years. Although they have a global distribution network, their products are not identified by the country where they are It is not readily available, at least from what I can tell. My experience with ARB is extensive, there is no doubt that they are the gold standard for recovery accessories in the market. I was beyond impressed with the strength of this recovery strap. Although I have used mine quite a few times, it does not seem to be worn out. Wrangler guy that I am, I've never come close to the actual breaking strength of the strap, but it has performed flawlessly every time I have Thank you for reading this. I hope you find it useful.

Could you please clarify the following question do the winch extension straps ?

When we are doing recovery exercises, we want our muscles to stretch and then contract, so we wear our recovery strap to do that. It will operate more like a chain than a winch extension strap, as the latter is not designed to stretch. There are usually no longer than 30' lengths for the recovery straps, although there are those which can be found longer in rare cases. It is common to need a longer reach in order to pull out a vehicle. That's why you can attach your recovery strap to your extension strap so you can reach further. To connect them, I recommend using only the straps (to connect them via the straps) but if you must use a link or shackle, use a recovery damper or a very large blanket over the link. If something breaks and 1000s of pounds of force can be applied it could send pieces from a broken "D" ring or even parts from a "D" ring connected to a recovery strap flying towards you or your vehicle. It would likely be your last day of your life (and possibly your worst). In case you're wondering, this item is referred to as a "tree strap" since it's designed to go around a tree, or something of similarly strong hold, to support a portable winch (power, hand), and neither stretches nor snaps. The force you apply with a winch is very slow in comparison to what is applied with a recovery vehicle, so using a recovery strap provides less benefit There are many winches that do not have a cable or rope that stretches, and you would attach the cable or rope to your vehicle, and then the other end to this strap which you have wrapped around a tree of the proper size. You picked too small of a tree if you pulled it out of the ground.

Why are part numbers arb735lb and arb730lb differ from those of the ?

An ARB730LB is a tree strap that extends 10 feet This 16 foot tree strap is known as the ARB735LB. ARB730US seems to be a legacy number (at least according to what I can tell) for the 10 foot tree strap as well.

Go ahead and do My rig has been with me for a long time, and I have recovered a lot of rigs with it

The reel works so much better than a towing strap or even a winch in the vast majority of cases, that I highly recommend you get one if you wheel at all.

You have some good stuff here
5/5

It's one of those purchases you hope you will never have to use, but you may need it. I have it loaded in my truck just to be safe. In the industry, ARB off-road products are fairly well regarded therefore, I went with a name brand instead of a 4x4 gear is one thing Australians know well.

It's great that the extension step was taken! Pair this with a 30' recovery strap and you're good to go
5/5

There is nothing better than the quality of this In my experience, it has never caused me any problems with the 30' recovery strap. The recovery vehicle can be kept out of the muck with its length of 60 feet. My extension is attached to the recovery strap by looping the end of the straps together (in order to avoid a weight at the coupling) and I have found that by padding the ends of the straps, it is easier to separate them than with other I would highly recommend this extension, even though it is a bit expensive.

A quality that stands out
5/5

I am writing my second one now. The lighter one was a gift for a lighter vehicle, a Toyota 4 Runner. That is the one I got for a crew cab GMC diesel Two out of five straps should be rated The weight of a vehicle is 3 times its weight. It is not a plus if you have too much strength. This would result in the strap not stretching and instead stretching like a chain instead. For those who are wondering, this strap is made in Taiwan. Either way, the eyelets are nice and cleaved over, but there is plenty of room inside. Unlike other brands, I believe this one is made in Soviet china. This part number appears on the box as.

The best result is for large trees, but it can be used for trees of any size
5/5

We use it for our flatbed trailer to get our equipment off. Although you won't have the option to extend the ropes to another length, it will work with all trees if you don't have other lengths. The engine of a 7500lb tractor on two flat tires can be pulled by a 12k winch with a 350lb flat blade with no problem. Protecting the belt is achieved by sliding the pads.
