It's pointless

The chain links that come with the arm are too big to fit into the slots, so they can't be used. The crank handle is made of inexpensive plastic that unscrews after two turns from the handle bolt. The threaded block is cast aluminum, and moving it along the cheap lead screw under a few pounds is nearly impossible. This was a complete waste of money; it's just a bunch of metal thrown together to look like a tool, but it'll never be used for the advertised purpose.

The chains are excessively long

The chains were the wrong size for the tilter and would not fit. All of the paint, as well as some metal, were ground away. Still, the chain is excessively large. Waste of time and money.
